When we walked in we greeted very warmly and asked if we needed any assistance finding anything which we replied we are just looking. We walked the the entire warehouse looking without anyone following us around asking constantly asking do we have any questions. When me and my wife made the decision on what we wanted we asked an associate what we needed she was very kind and helpful and we bought a new bedroom suit. We will definitely be back.

Bought from LOW on 2 separate occasions, and have had great experiences with both. Good selection and prices. Friendly people and they deliver to you for a small fee which is great.

Everyone was super helpful! I bought a cool console table and love love it! Worked with Alyssa and she was great! Answered all my questions. The manager at the counter also explained the warranty for a sectional I am considering. I will be back. Highly recommend!!

Nick, was amazing. He is one of the sales representatives and I most say I was truly impressed with his professionalism and charisma. He was there to answer any questions I had at anytime but was never overwhelming or too aggressive. He game me time and space to shop and was always happy to walk all the way across the store to help me with a smile and enthusiasm. This was the best buying experience I have ever had when buy a bed and mattress. Great advice too and quite knowledgeable about all the products in the store. My daughter purchased a queen size bed with storage drawers that are located below the mattress. She loves this bedroom suit (chest of drawers and bedside stand with drawers as well). The bed comes apart and was put into storage. When we retrieved the bed, somehow all the hardware was lost. I contacted Louisville Overstock and explained the problem. Using the online instructions for assembly I was able to identify the missing parts. Overstock ordered everything needed from the manufacturer FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! This has been such a hassle free experience with amazing customer service! Highly recommend this company and will definitely return for future purchases! The staff (Alyssa H!) was great and so helpful. We didn’t quite know what to expect going in, but she made the whole process so simple. We would definitely consider using them again when looking for furniture.
