Associates In Dermatology - East End

I had a Basal cancer on my chin that ended up being pretty deep. Dr. Winters had removed this one, it did take a little while. Both the Dr. and the nurses were wonderful, they made the experience so comfortable for me. The other was a Basal cell as well and it was on my shin, I guess it wasn’t too deep. Dr. Hayden didn’t take much and no trips out of the room with one nurse. This one was very quick. I’m very happy and impressed these doctors and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

The staff was amazing. Everything was explained in detail step by step before and during the entire procedure. The staff was kind and attentive. The dr had amazing mannerism and engaged in genuine conversation. As a professional athlete, I appreciate the time and effort to minimize the likelihood of major scarring. Simply great group of people. A lot of dr offices could learn from this office!

This was my second trip to Associates in Dermatology East End. The first was in 2018 with a basil cell on the left side of my nose. A success with no scar. Dr. Michael McCall was my surgeon along with a great staff took me through another surgery, which I am in recovery. I would recommend Associates of Dermatolog to anyone for their professionalism, knowledge and care of their patients. Thank you Dr. McCall and your Staff.

Dr Lutz was great! I was very happy that I maybe waited five minutes at the most in the waiting room before seeing the doctor. The staff was very professional and nice. I thought Dr. Lutz was friendly and professional. She recommended some sunscreen for me and some lotion to help with my dark spots on my face. I had a great experience!

I have been a patient of Dr McCall for several years. He and his staff are terrific!! I have had several MOHS procedures over the yrs. Dr. McCall is very patient, always explains what to expect, makes u feel very comfortable. Jo has worked for him for yrs is outstanding and always checks on me will am having the procedure. Dr. Brown and Nurse Shelia were great. Everything was clearly explained in terms that I understood. The procedure went perfectly. The staff was friendly and the recovery lounge made me feel like I was on vacation. The office music took ke back to my high school days. Great job everyone.

From the time I arrived until the time I left I was met with friendly faces . It was a very nice experience. . I was treated like I was their only patient . Dr McCall was so kind and his nurse was super nice and efficient. I was in good hands on Wednesday. I highly recommend Dr McCall.

I needed to be seen sooner than later got in with Jill the ARNP. She was wonderful! Knowledgeable and great bed side manner. This could have been blown off but not on her account

My Associates in Dermatology appointment ran smoothly from my entering the facility to leaving. Dr. Schadt was thorough, identified and addressed all skin concerns I had at this general examination. I felt well attended to by a knowledgeable, skillful professional whose patient centered approach was appreciated. A followup survey was brief, but thoughtful.

I've seen Dr. Kulp-Shorten for decades and throughout that time have found her to be excellent -- always caring, concerned, thorough, clear with explanations, and kind. Based on my experience,
she is one of only very few docs who practice medicine with the overall well-being of the patient in mind.
Based on her standards I am confident the other physicians in the practice approach care from the same perspective.
Additionally, each visit I encounter medical assistants and clerical staff that are also top-notch.
If you seek dermatology care, Associates in Dermatology is where you want to go!!

Dr. Owen is awesome! They fit me into their busy day to assess a recurring rash while it was active and took the time to discuss history and possible causes and scheduling further testing. You feel heard!!!

I have been going to Dr Shannon McAllister for years. I could not be more pleased. She and Carmen make me feel like family. They are delightful. Always with a warm smile and seem to truly care about my concerns.

From start to finish, I was informed about every step of the procedure being performed. I especially appreciated Dr McCall's assistant Paige. She explained everything she was doing, what to expect and generally put me at ease during my procedure.

All staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure to put the patient and family members at ease. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns we had. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff at Associates in Dermatology!

Everyone was very pleasant. Dr. McCall is always kind and does excellent work. They give excellent post-op instructions. Lindsey and the person training her were amazing.

My child and I see Dr. Burruss, and she is absolutely amazing. We never wait long at all in the waiting room and the office and medical support staff are very friendly and efficient. Had billing problems twice (not due to the fault of the office, it was my insurance), and both were resolved the same day by the very responsive billing staff. Every time I message through the patient portal, the medical support staff and even Dr. Burruss respond unbelievably fast. Office itself is very clean and nice. We are lifelong patients for any skin related issues.

Dr Ashley Brown, was friendly, efficient and competent. She listened, with care, explained treatment and told me what to expect going forward. I left the office feeling well cared for..

I came in itching everywhere. My right leg was slightly swollen and was itching. The itching spread to my thigh, my other leg and then to my butt, my back, my breast and belly, and arms.
I had tried to get rid of the rash on my own and only made things worse. I had been given a steroid cream and histimines from my primary but, when the itching would not go away. I began taking showers sometimes 2 to 3 times a day for relief. Finally, I made an appt with Dr. GEERS.
He told me to use a specific cream after a shower, to wear compression socks and nothing else should touch my skin.
I have to say I was not very happy as I left his office. I thought he couldn't have heard me correctly. His directions were so simple, how could this help me?
But,,, it actually did help me a great deal. Dr Geers had given me the tools I needed to help me live comfortably. I went from taking 2 types of histimines twice a day to one only once a day. From 2 to 3 showers a day to only one.
He had told me to trust him, well, i do trust him now.
Very pleasantly pleased that Dr Geers is my Dermatologist.

I have been going for treatment here for 15 plus years. There are 3 girls I want to be recognized they are respectful, caring, kind and compassionate. They always help when needed. Their names are Lindsay Sharp, Angel Poindexter and Tracy she works at the front desk. Thanks for always going that extra mile!

Skin cancer and dealing with it can be upsetting! Soon as I walk in I feel at ease! Knowing this has been a team of experienced nurses and love Doctor McCall! This is where you need to be if you have issues with your skin! Highly recommend!!!
