From start to finish this was easiest time we’ve ever had buying furniture. The sales man listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us something we really didn’t want. He let us look, was available when we had questions, and worked diligently with me in picking fabric for our new couch. We will definitely visit there again soon!

I love the quality and warranty that comes when you purchase La-Z-Boy furniture. We now have 2 swivel chairs and 1 swivel, rocker, recliner chair in our living room. I know they stand behind their products and it will last me a lifetime. Very pleased. We also love our sales person Joanie! She is great!

We were looking for a power reclining sofa and possibly a recliner, but most furniture companies offer very few color choices orher than gray or brown.
When checking around online, I was amazed to see the overwhelming choices that La-Z-Boy has. My wife and I decided to make the 90-minute trip to the nearest La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery to check things out.

Matt greeted us as soon as we came into the store. He asked if we were looking for anything specific, and we gave him a basic idea of what we were looking for. He gave us some brief but thorough information and guided us in the right direction. I appreciate that he didn't follow us around the store, but kept an eye out in case we had any questions, which we did from time to time. When we did ask questions, he was able to give an immediate and helpful response. I appreciate that we didn't feel pressured at any time. That's a big turn-off for me. Instead, he encouraged us to look at our own pace, and once again he didn't pressure us into a decision before we left the gallery to get something for lunch and discuss what we were thinking about buying. He did give us print-outs with information about what we were interested in to help us in our decision-making. We did indeed come back an hour or so later to make our purchase.

The La-Z-Boy reputation and the sale prices are why we drove 69 miles to shop, but it's salespeople like Matt that made it a very pleasant experience and will cause us to come back.

This was a very nice experience for my husband and me. Our sales lady was very nice and personable. She showed us several different recliners that met our price range. She was patient and very kind, and we got exactly what we wanted. I believe her name was Joanie Johnson.

It was great no pressure just wanting to help find just the right chair for my wife. Believe me that was no simple task but the salesman was very patience. Anything she had questions about he was glad to answer. It was indeed one of the best shopping experiences we ever had. Yes, we did find just the right chair, thanks to the salesman.

Great recliners, replaced one we had for more than 30 years. Found exactly what we wanted on sale and our sales person made it easy and was able to look up a 4 year old purchase of a sofa and find a fabric swatch so we knew it would match.

La-Z-Boy has always been a reputable organization with good quality products. That’s why I chose this company. Also, Tarryn was absolutely lovely! She is very knowledgeable about the products and tries to anticipate your true needs which is extraordinary!

I’m anticipating that I will love this chair once it gets here.

Our experience at La-Z-Boy was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we were not hounded by sales people and it was a clean and organized store. Gina came over to help discuss what we were looking for, and she was very knowledgeable about which chairs to show us. We bounced from suggestion to suggestion stating the features we liked and disliked. We found the recliner we needed….and a piece of wall art! LOL Everyone who worked there was so friendly to us! Thank you Gina and La-Z-Boy for the great experience!

My experience was wonderful. Joanie Johnson was excellent in assisting me with a new recliner purchase. Very professional, personable & great to work with. We clicked immediately & she is an asset to Lazy Boy. I felt I made a new friend when I left the store.

Beautiful store, ample inventory and they sell an outstanding product. Salesman was excellent, showed me a variety of chairs and let me make my choices. Bruno was very knowledge and well informed. I enjoyed my purchase experience.

Bruno was a very good sales associate. He was clearly knowledgeable about the product line, and was helpful in showing us various styles and fabrics. His explanation of the operation and mechanisms made us comfortable with our purchase.

I’m disabled so I can’t go look and then buy, but Taren was so nice and helpful. She took the time to go take pictures of different chairs and then explain the benefits of each one for my condition. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Taren.

Jonie was so helpful and knowledgeable of the sectional we bought! The check out was easy. The lady there was extremely informative and made sure everything was correct. But definitely buy from them again!

Tarryn provided excellent service and helped us select the best recliner for our needs and budget. She was able to answer any questions we had. The ordering process went very smoothly.

I was looking for a recliner when I entered the store on N. Hurstbourne Pkwy. Joanie greeted me. After giving her some information, she showed me several recliners. No pressure at all as in some stores. A special thanks to Joanie for showing and telling everything I needed to know to make my purchase. I love my new recliner!!!

Tarryn McCray, sales associate, was excellent. She knew the product, answered all my questions, with the result being I placed the order within 1 hour of walking in the door. If you want to train other sales associates, have them follow Tarryn around and take note. Thank you.

We had an idea of what we wanted as well as features. Matt showed us which recliners had the options and let us have time and space to talk. We picked out a loveseat too. We are very happy with this store

Our salesperson Tarryn was delightful. She really knew her inventory and did everything to help accommodate my husband’s long torso and chronic neck pain. It was the first stop we made and the last as we ordered our new couch there that very day!
