These guys are always fast, friendly and professional. Just had my Mazada6 serviced here and it was a job well done

they didn't try to up sell me on anything my vehicle didn't need. fast and friendly service. I will be going out of my way to come back to this specific location

I've always had great service at this store. Today a very friendly gentleman named Quincy greeted me quickly. I needed a long overdue oil change. Jan and Josh performed the oil change and the safety checks that are included in the price of oil change.
I was in and out of there in probably 20 minutes. None of the men tried to sell me any extra services.
I would highly recommend this Valvoline location!

Fantastic! Always nervous that I'm gonna pull up and see a huge line but to my shock I was the first one behind the two cars in the bays. A worker who had just transferred to this location came out and greeted me, was courteous and professional. They had the other cars out quickly and went through all the checks on my car. They offered their suggestions but didn't pressure me into purchasing anything extra. Was in and out within 30 minutes and had great service.

My car would not start after my oil was changed. All the employees were great, but Jan helped me know my options. He changed my battery in the sun! I was treated like royalty. He even made sure I had cold water since it was a hot day.

Jan is a wonderful employee! He helped me decide what I needed and didn’t need for my car that I rarely drive. (187 miles put on the car since last oil change in 2020). No oil change but I did need new wipers. They topped my fluids, checked my tire pressure and my tail lights. Devon and Joshua were also very helpful. I’m taking my car there again and recommending them to everyone bc of their honesty!

Mohammad is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy staff member there. I'll be back.

They were so sweet, and friendly, and worked well together. They got the job done and in a great amount of time. I wasn't there no longer than 15 mins.

Stopped to have the air in my tires checked. He checked them and informed me of one was very low. He was very nice and friendly. There was no charge. Answered any questions I had.

Awesome experience! Staff was very friendly and professional. One example was that they asked every time they needed to open my door if they were allowed. They put my keys in a safe box, asked questions about my vehicle and needs, showed me options on a rotating computer screen, and walked me through every step. Would highly recommend them.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I have never had such great customer service! I was driving from Chicago to Raleigh (stopping in Louisville) when my service light came on. Even though it was 7 minutes until close, they took my car in and were able to provide the most excellent service! THANK YOU - Wayne, Sean, and Damir!

Honestly made the wrong turn and ended up at that location. So happy I did, SEAN and his team were great! Sean answered all my questions and was a pleasure. I watched him interact with the other customers too and you can tell he loves his job, wish I got the other team members names. I definitely will go back!

I used to live about a minute away from this location and ended up going there by default, but kept returning because I've always received excellent service. I have since moved and now it is a nearly 20 minute journey, but I will still return to this location. I've got a headlight missing a clip, and every time I need it replaced, they have to go through a complicated and often MacGyver-like process to change it, which they do without complaining or making me feel bad about it. I've had many different people help me out here, and always great, friendly, and efficient service. Thanks, folks :) Highly recommended.

Very professional service. Offered me a veteran's discount just from seeing my plate. Displays show multiple camera angles of them working on and under your vehicle and a timer to show how long they are taking. I haven't used a quick oil change place in years and I was impressed.

I'm from out-of-town and needed a quick oil change. I went there and the staff was amazing -- super friendly & helpful, really knew their stuff and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I love that they check everything over -- as you're sitting in the car -- so you know exactly what is being done to your car, as opposed to at other shops. Great value & definitely going Valvoline again next time!
