Red Carpet Inn Louisville, KY

I want to start off by saying the front desk ladies are amazing. The lady that was working last night I think her name was Jessica she is absolutely amazing she is sweet, caring, friendly and has to have the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met just truly a genuine amazing person don't find them like her anymore. I watched her save a young man's life with the help of an older gentleman that I assume was an employee and a guest everyone was right there to help her it was truly amazing. The guest that was there when she sprung into action without hesitation all said how wonderful of a person she is and she shows it. If not for her quick actions that young man would have lost his life. I really hope that the management treats your employees as well as your employees treat your guests. I've also had the pleasure of interacting with Staci and I do believe Amy these are three very amazing women that are the number one reason guest return to this hotel if not for the 3 ladies we would not stay here. They are the heartbeat of that place. The rooms really need to be updated you are missing out on great money because you don't update no other hotel is this outdated. Pay attention to details like burn holes in all the blankets curtains falling down bathtubs need to be recaulked so it's not brown around the edges updated pictures bedspreads paint get rid of the disgusting carpet it stinks and is revolting. If you would put a little money into this place to update and have more rooms available you would never have empty rooms because Jessica Staci and Amy set the customer service experience at extraordinary standards no where in this city will you find better customer service. I hope you appreciate these ladies because they are why your buisness has buisness.

Front desk lady was lovely. Also, Stupidly put room keys next to my phone and they deactivated. While my husband was getting new keys the housekeeper saw me waiting by the door and let me in the room so I didn't have to wait

This place is great on a budget. Rooms are a bit rustic but never dirty. Late checkout 1.30pm latest for 23.20 more worth it very clean

The customer service was excellent. Sai had great positive energy. I would highly recommend.

The guy behind the counter was simply amazing. I got stranded an hour away from home with a flat tire and they were more than willing to help and even offer a discount. The rooms are not bad. They are not dirty. They have a cute little tv and mini fridge

First place we stopped and with no hassle and no hidden fees, we had room key cards in hand and were in the room in no time. Keenan at the front desk made it so smooth and easy for us, he deserves 2 really big thumbs up for professionalism and excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend this place if you're on a small budget.the convenience holds its value

Sai and Sarah were very pleasent and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I can recommend Red Carpet to all. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. A staff member noticed me leaving my room with my luggage and carried it to the office even. I had a very pleasent stay here.

Yes so first off I’d like to say that I owe a huge debt of Gratitude the the Main manager Keenan I’m really just saying thank you so much for saving my life sir due to some unsavory choices in my life this man with quick action helped save my life. I hope that I’m actually allowed back there one day if at all possible. The hotel is really in a Great area with plenty of shopping as well plenty of dining out options or fast food…. If your looking for no thrills just that basic one night reasonable price place it’s definitely a winner. There is no bugs in any of the rooms
I’ve ever stayed In. The only thing I would suggest is making sure all the rooms are equipped with a fridge amd microwave if possible cause once you’ve had one and you shop before checking in there’s nothing worse then walking into a room with no fridge… so y’all stay blessed up there and again thank you Keenan for saving my life and if there is anyway to figure out what happpened to my stuff I would greenfly appreciate it

This place gets a bad reputation sometimes, but my experience has always been good. Terry has always been helpful, nice, and respectful. I've never once seen any type of bug at this location. While somewhat dated it's always very clean. That's why I keep coming back. Don't ever let anyone else fool you able this place. They do absolutely everything they can do to make it a great stay and as affordable as possible!

I’ve had a great experience at Red carpet inn, the employees are so nice. Sai is the man. He works behind the desk an he always answers all my questions. He makes my experience great. The rooms are also great.

Can you all please look into getting the potholes repaired out by the entryway?

Young Lady working front desk was very polite, very helpful. Very well manered. Told us breakfast is from 6:30 am till 9am. Are room does not smell like smoke very clean. Carpet is new and clean. Very nice white clean sheets and towels. Could not ask for anything better. Love this motel. Very quiet.

It was the place to go if you're trying to save money and still be in Louisville! Right next to Malibu Jack's and 8 mins from downtown! We had absolutely no problems. Very friendly and all the staff were helpful. Thanks for the good vibes.

My family has been staying at the red carpet for about 6 months now, they have treated us like family and the staff is very friendly. Terry is our favorite he is always accommodating and great!!! I’d always stay here.

Really nice hotel. The people are extremely nice and helpful as well. I wasn't judged like most establishments that see a tattooed covered person like me. They respected me and my daughter and treated us very kindly. I recommend this place to anyone just looking to get away or a vital place to stay while in Louisville.
