Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Louisville Hotel & Conference Center

Close to all the places we had to go. At check in there was a little bit of wait but our clerk was new and trying her best to check in all of us (Special Olympics athletes and their families). Our room was very clean, beds with 3 pillows each was very comfy. Maintenance was in room when we arrive & was replacing the sheer curtains. I mentioned that I love coffee, he asked if it was enough I said maybe. In 5 minutes he came back with 5 more packets of coffee. That's what I call awesome service. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

Had a great time. Went to participate in Special Olympics bowling. It's an older building but rooms were clean, well stocked, beds were really clean and comfortable and staff was top notch. Beautiful older building and the pool area was really nice. It's also quiet and close to everything. I'd stay there again over a newer place because of the great atmosphere. I've stayed in some rough motels / hotels in my travels and the Ramada is very nice. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

Need an inexpensive hotel in the area for an event I was attending. Found this gem. The room cleanliness and service not only met but EXCEEDED my expectations. The staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome.
Will definitely chose this location when I am in the area in the future.

Our air condition went out in our house and we needed a quick place to stay for the night...I can not express to you how grateful that we are for Jaron Alexander in assisting us for accommodations for the night. Our room is clean and updated with all of the standard amenities. We are at raising canes down the street so there are a lot of good food choices in the area. This hotel has an excellent pool that is clean and my kids enjoyed it and had a blast! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good night's rest in this area. And especially ask for Jaron as he will ensure that you are treated with great care!

I have been to this hotel in the past, in fact it was were I stayed for a while when I first moved to Louisville, and it was nice. Kinda in a strange area, next to a bunch of car dealerships, but still nice enough inside. I went back recently to the hotel because I heard there was a Godfathers pizza there. There were signs for the pizza, but I guess they weren't open (although their website said differently) but I won't fault the hotel for that. I'll give it a 5 stars ☆for the hotel, cause it met all my needs and was clean.

I did not stay in the hotel as a guest but went to their job fair. Lots of companies hiring (I took photos of a few). If you’re ready for work I would highly recommend attending one of their fairs, I received a lot of information from the vendors and the people working the fair at the front desk were very helpful.

Although I did encounter one issue during my stay, the front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve it. The issue was quickly resolved and I was more than satisfied with how they chose to compensate me. I was very impressed with how much effort the front desk staff exercised in going to bat for me. Thank you!

Yet another Regional Workshop held at this hotel. I last used this hotel in 2012 and it was a great event then too. The staff is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The conference rooms are always clean and set up to specifications. I was contacted before my event to ensure we were on the same page regarding setup and equipment needed and when we arrived everything was perfect.

It was an added bonus to see a new restaurant on the facility. Our last visit we ate at Wicks Pizza but Stadium Joes Sports Bar was a great new addition. It added a different feel to the place. The staff was great, prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious.

I look forward to holding future events at this location and will visit Stadium Joes again so my family can enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Best empty hotel in Louisville. Enormous and nearly vacant. But amazing and unique. Sauna, pool, hot tub suites, nice bar and grill. Surprisingly well equipped despite years of apparent neglect.

Very nice, lots of great places near by. They have a huge game room, they have a big pool area with lots of games and a steam room. Good location. Right next door is dairy queen. And starbucks is like 5 blocks away.

I gift my daughter and her girl friend with two night stays at least once a month simply because the price is great and the Hotel/Conference Center are immaculate. Stadium Joe's has great food and live entertainment and the coffee shop is a great place to hang out and have a cup of heaven. we love this place so much as a cheep get away we are having my daughters best friends baby shower at the conference center. This place is a hidden jewel in Louisville.

Went here for a clothes consignment looking for clothes for our kids. And had a great experience. The only thing is there computers went down as we was waiting and checking out but that was not really the ladies fault it was checking us out. Got great deals have went there in the past. Am sure we will go back again.

Clean but no amenities. Dispite the hotel going through renovation it is still very clean. I would like to come back after the renovation to see what it looks like. Also, staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was clean and there was no smell. The place was quiet and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. Service was quick and attentive.

I have stayed there 6 or 7 times, love the fact it has a Wicks pizza , and the nice indoor pool and huge screen tv by the pool. Right off the interstate, across the street from a huge liquor store, great pizza. seriously were a great place.

Attended the Louisville Arcade Expo. Well placed venue. A little warm inside; but can't blame them for that with all the people. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of fun at the expo.

Was there this past sat , staff was wonderful, we had 2 problems and took care of the problem very quickly, kids loved the pool , we will most definitely be coming back , room rate was really good cheaper than others I found .

Very nice. Indoor pool. On site restaurant. Pool table, game room, bar, and business center. Comfy beds. Conviently priced. Later checkout than most. I will definitely be coming back.

So this hotel has recently had a fire and has no pool which should be posted but the staff(except the breakfast lady) make up for everything ... We are excited to go back when the remodles are done bc it will be an amazing hotel...

Attended the Caucus, the hotel provided excellent service during the brief time I was there. Very orderly, clean and well organized.
