Casey is a customer focused associate. I brought a key fob in that was not working. He troubleshot the problem and explained options for repair.

This is a dealer's version of a Valvoline oil change station. The upside is your Ford will have OEM equipment servicing your vehicle. The downside is that you cannot expect the same level of service from the usual service writer / service center of a dealer. So long as you understand this, there are many upsides to coming here versus a quick change store: warranty will be addressed, service records will be maintained and you'll get OEM spec maintenance performed.

Terrible experience. I brought my car in for the scheduled 1:30 time for an OIL CHANGE and tires rotated. I did not leave until 4 PM! Once I thought it was time to leave I was brought a list of “suggested repairs” full of greatly overpriced jobs on the car (my step father is a licensed mechanic in Chicago btw). Once I was actually able to leave, I got a low tire pressure notification on the system of my vehicle. I have NEVER had any alerts since I have had the car. Do not go here, you will not the “dealership experience” you are looking for.

As per usual, the customer service is severley lacking at best. 2 times did I stand around at the service desk area trying to get help (first when I showed up and second to collect my car) with not so much as a 'Hello' or 'Good Morning, I'll be right with you'.. literally anything. I'm sure they did a fine job with my car, and that's fine for a 2 hour turn around for some oil and tire rotation, but there needs to be some standard of customer service in the area.
Maybe its just old white guy syndrome.

Drove from another county because the local Ford dealership didn’t offer Express Lane Service. When I arrived, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait! According to Ford, it’s an Express Lane Service with no appointment needed! After reading Oxmoor Ford’s reviews, I’m glad Bill Collins Ford was able to get me in quickly!

Called April 9 to get safety recall repair done and was told the only offer shutter accomdations within 15 miles and don't offer any other accomdations. Extremely disappointing that they don't honor Ford's statement for loaner or rental while repair is being done and you have to come multiple times first for a Vin check then once again when they receive the part when Ford's states they don't won't you to continue driving the defective product and will provide reasonable accomdations until parts were available.

Worst experience in a long time. Very discourteous. Took 1 1/2 hr for oil change at Quicklane, only to be treated as a lesser customer who had to go find his car in the rain rather than have it brought to the door by a valet like everyone else. Service Director Tates Place, was made aware of this but he really had no excuse or acceptable comment. Engine was louder than usual so, later in the day, I popped the hood only to find the oil cap was left off and the hood liner was saturated with oil. Called Service Director Tues afternoon and left message on his voicemail about this, but here it is Friday about noon and still haven't had the courtesy of a return call....

Terrible service every time. Try to lie and tell me my brake pads and brake disc were bad and they shouldn’t even let me leave. Went to brake away and they said that not only were my disc fine but my brake pads were fine to. I’ve told them 2 times to do the 60,000 service on my car and they lied the first time saying they did and part of that was to service was to look and my door weather seals(the one on my door is completely destroyed) and they didn’t fix it or even give me a quote.. The second time I told them they just gave me an oil change. Speaking of the oil changes, they once forgot about me and me being stupid waited 4 hours for one (they did give me a refund), the second like an hour and a half when it was relatively slow. Terrible service they are slow and receptionist are usually rude like it’s your fault they have to work their and can’t just sit around and talk to the mechanics. Not to mention they mis quoted me and don’t honor what they say so you end up paying more!

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I had an appointment at 8:30 am and it is 10:15 and still waiting for my oil to be changed. I will be sure to check that my oil cap is on after what happened to another customer in the reviews. Worried now!

Nothing quick about it. 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
