Leanne L. Gardner, MA

Leanne is an amazing counselor! I went to her for several years when I was having marital difficulties. She really listens and I am convinced has a photographic aural memory! She knew me inside out and remembered every story I told her and situation I relayed to her. She knows what makes me tick, she knows my history, what made me how I am, and worked with me to build my confidence, make me stronger, and helped me realize that I had the ability to do the things I wanted to do. I still call Leanne “My friend for hire. “, because that’s what she was, the friend that had no agenda, no biases, who really knew me, aimed to keep me accountable, and was that ear to hear, when I really didn’t have anyone else who could. I always looked forward to my appointments with “my friend for hire” . Leanne was the perfect counselor for me!

Leanne is excellent with children. She has puppets, toys and games and gets down on the floor to play and talk to make kids comfortable. She has been wonderful for my daughter.

Leanne's office is too close to the waiting room so what you say can be heard by people outside. She also lied to me in an effort to get me to reconcile with someone by claiming that person "needs me" (they're a narcissist so this couldn't be further from the truth). Leanne also insisted that I accept "apologies" from that person even though the "apologies" were filled with blame for me having created the situation they "apologized" for

If you never want to see your child again, this is the therapist for you. She will tell the courts that she recommends visitation and then when it comes down to it, she will conspire with the dirty county to have your rights terminated. So sad almost every county uses her as reunification counselor. She doesnt return phone calls unless your attorney gets involved, and her voicemail is constantly full which is why she cant get to your phone call. There were at least 4 KRS laws that were broken during our case, by the judge as well as Ms.Gardner. Didnt spend thousands to lose because of corruption. let's not forget the corrupt attorney and judge on our case.
