Norton Medical Plaza 3 - St. Matthews

I was a nervous wreck when I arrived at Norton Medical Plaza 3 for diagnostic breast imaging and testing . From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff here worked to make me feel comfortable. They explained things as we went through the different processes. They were kind and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable. On top of the wonderful hospitality, they were thorough and made sure that the reaures they gave me were accurate. I can't thank them enough!

Pleasant employees. Horrible turn times. Not a good first impression.

Not a good start. Doctor said go to the main entrance. It seem there are more then one.

Told "behind the ambulance entrance". First thing you see is an address. The intrepid walker will eventually see the "3".

Seems like the low bidder got the sign placement contract.

Waiting for a procedure in a room full of people is not wise, even with a mask.

The billing system is very poor. Do not recommend.

This place is so slow they do not give out good first impressions I went to the urologist and they are just ugh😤😤
