I forgot to take note of the name of the woman working the print center today, but she is amazing! There were a ton of people waiting on various things, phones ringing, multiple print jobs happening, aggravated customers, and she handled it all with both speed and grace. I rarely encounter this kind of customer service and good use of multitasking in the world today... thank you! Give this young lady a raise.

I spoke with Evan Desoza when I was in a panic over the phone about my printer connections. He was very pleasant, helpful and patient with me. How nice to have someone who likes his job and the customers he works with. Thank you Evan for you great help!

OfficeMax is just more than just an experience. It’s a lifestyle when I enter the doors of OfficeMax I absolutely love smell of newspaper and cardboard cutouts Kobe Bryant selling me 3-D printers is so much fun. I love office max so much thank you for being part of the community OfficeMax, five stars one star for brilliance two star for your commission of selling paper clips three stars for selling over priced hardware four stars for terrible newspaper clippings, and five stars for your terrible sales on staplers. Very expansive store with excellent customer service by the associates. They are always willing to assist their customers to find out of stock items too! Also, their Print Center handles to the best of their ability many printing projects creating beautiful greeting cards, posters and banners. They even create coil bound books which are much more flexible than paper or hardbound books. I also love the level of expertise of some of their Print Center associates who can expedite the creation of invitations, business cards, banners and posters. Great place to purchase coffee, creamers, candies and much much more!

Nice office furniture and I found a nice sale price.

Zack in technical support was GREAT!! I called about troubleshooting a printer it was 6:30pm and Office Max closes at 7:00pm. He said bring it in I can probably fix the issue quickly. He had such a great attitude and was SUPER helpful.
And Wendy at check out is ALWAYS great and super helpful as well. I always look forward to seeing her and chatting with her for a few moments when I am at the store!

I was happy to discover that the little town of Cottonwood, AZ was home to an Office Max store. I’ve been a regular customer since the late 1980’s.

I purchased a printer which was currently on Sale, and there was a sale on paper as well. I also purchased ink cartridges. I received help from Chris, the store tech in selecting the printer and the correct cartridges for the printer.
Wendy, the cashier made sure I received All the discounts and any add-ons to finalize my purchase. Just when I thought I had experienced the easiest purchase of a lifetime, Zak carried all of my purchases out to my car. Super day!👍😄

In-store associate and cashier were beyond helpful. We were making a very small purchase; the associate helped us to find a replacement pen refill when our brand wasn't available and suggested we open and try it at the cashier, which we did with success. The cashier suggested that we buy one more which allowed us to receive a discount off our total (very small) bill. What a lot of help for a minor purchase. Kudos to your team. Dan and Leslie B

I came OfficeMax to buy an office chair. The employee who came to help happily brought the boxed chair to the front, opened his register to get me cashed out immediately. He then took the boxed chair to my car. He was very friendly, helpful and very professional! I also noticed that he greeted some customers by name - another excellent customer service skill. Well done!

Cottonwood AZ Office Max is my go-to store for my office supplies, and equipment, 10 ream boxes of printer paper, computer accessories and printer cartridge refills. The store is exceptionally clean, well-organized and carries a full line of office supplies, furniture, computers and computer accessories. And, if by chance they do not have what I need they are happy to call around to other Office Max stores in N AZ and have the item(s) sent to the Cottonwood AZ store for my convenience. Shipping is usually no more than 2 days. Their staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating.

My encounters at this store are amazing every time i go in. Recently went in to have some buisness cards made up and Olivia was amazing (hope i got the name right.) She is an amazing person and great conversationalist; good at making you laugh. Shout out to Zack too. He is awsome, very personable and makes you feel at home. I will definitely continue to shop at this Cottonwood location. They do great work and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much!

Needed to print, sign and scan a document. The 3 staff that assisted me were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Minimal waiting. Very satisfying experience!

the Cottonwood branch has a few employees that give such great customer service, which is the only reason we shop there. We would not shop there if it weren't for them. Hopefully their pay compliments their work ethics.
