Freddie Stone was absolutely wonderful. When he first came and appraised our situation, he gave us the best advice and let us think about it. It wasn’t long till we realized the wisdom of his experience.
The next day we took action, and had Freddie Stone install our new water heater. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked correctly, cleaned up everything, and even explain how things work. I would recommend Freddie Stone to anyone that has a plumbing problem that needs to be fixed.

The work was done fast, efficiently and it looks good. Saturday service, I signed up online at 11:30, and the plumber came to our house at 2:30. No more leaky shower head.

Gabe did an Awesome job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very informative about our up coming duct cleaning as well as on our new furnace and A/C installation. This was a great experience! I would highly recommend Maeser's for any plumbing work you need done. Our technician Jason did an amazing job installing our Gas Tankless Water heater! He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond expectations. I most certainly will be using Maeser's again!

I was very pleased with the overall service provided by Maeser. They were quick to commit and make an appointment for the next morning. It is difficult to find vendors who work on food trucks. Jesse was very knowledgeable even though he said it was his first food truck . After showing him my issue he was quick to diagnose the problem. He had all the tools/parts to fix the problem and finished the job in just over and hour. He explained everything as he was working as well. Jesse was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Maeser for your plumbing needs.

Josh is an excellent rep for your company. He was very polite, called before he came and answered all our questions. Seemed to understand what we needed and quickly gave an estimate. Also replaced some toilet parts quickly. Would be glad to ask for him in the future.

Jessie Druin He is very friendly an understands the persons needs. He explains everything he does before he does it.. he gives you options on what you can do in your type of situation… I highly recommend him… By far he is the best plumber 👨‍🔧 I’ve ever had come to my home.. He had to pull my toilet he did an amazing job..

We were met with an unfortunate surprise. Our basement flooded with sewage water…again. We called a number of plumbers and MAESER were the ONLY ones to answer out of all the companies who were open for business. We are so thankful they did!

Rodney and Andrew came out and they were amazing! True down to earth professionals! They came in, scoped and once they discovered that our issue was on the city’s end, they waited for the city and stayed until it was resolved. They also ran a snake just to be on the safe side.

When I say we HIGHLY recommend them, we don’t say that lightly. They will be who we contact from here on out in the event we ever need a plumber in the future.

Can’t ask for better or more professional service. Had to have two new toilets put in. They handled it without a hitch. Got it done within a couple of hours. Larry did a exceptional job explaining what it would involve to replace my water heater, answered all my questions and even gave me different options of installment that allowed me to chose the best option that worked for my budget which eliminated any pressure of having to just say yes to one option.

Larry was very professional and knew his job very well. It gave me a peace of mind knowing I didn't have to worry if I picked the wrong company or was getting taken for a ride and when he was done, he cleaned up any mess and you never knew he was there.

Steve Kuzirian did an excellent job replacing the hot water valve coming out of the wall and reconnecting with the existing faucet in the main bathroom. He was quick, thorough, explained what he was doing, and had zero issues with me asking additional questions regarding plumbing in other areas of the house. I'm satisfied at this point. I was pleased with the two service responders we had today. The were very courteous and quickly repaired our plumbing problem. I also learned they were brothers from Israel and I enjoyed our short conversation with them. I found out that we had connections with them here in Louisville. This is our 4th or 5th service call with Maeser Plumbing. We have been very satisfied.

Called in, they were able to send out a qualified professional in a reasonable amount of time on a holiday weekend with questionable weather. Services needed and cost were explained up front and very fair. Service professional did an exceptional job and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Home was cleaned up and looked as though we never had a problem. Impressed, thankful, and happy with service provided. Will use again.

Used Maeser Plumbing after waiting all day for another plumbing company only to be informed that they wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. Called Maeser and plumbers showed up soon after that. Both plumbers were very courteous and efficient. An excellent job was done by both of them. Will definitely use Maeser for my plumbing needs.

Mark and Josh did a great job. They diagnosed the problem and took extra steps to ensure we weren't having something serviced when the problem was elsewhere. Great job, fellas! We will definitely use Maseser again for our needs.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. I was called about my request for service in a very timely manner. We were able to pick a time that was very convenient and the service technician, Logan Druin, showed up on time and did a very good job.
He identified himself when he arrived, was very pleasant to deal with and knew his job quite well. He worked in a timely fashion and took care of what was needed. I found the rate to be reasonable which is unusual these days.
