Sean and Amy (the owners) are very knowledgeable, honest, and don’t to earth people. Their staff is also always very friendly and helpful as well. If you want a bigger and better selection than the big chain stores, and also support small business then Next Level is for you! As well as honest recommendations based on what’s best for you personally, rather than only pushing certain brands because of commissions. Next level is the only supplement store I go to!

I recently moved to Louisville from New Jersey and came across Next level sports nutrition, I decided to stop in and check the place out. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by their staff and offered help which in my opinion shows how truly professional they are, I expressed my interest in certain supplements and was shown a hand full of products ultimately finding the one that best suited me and what I wanted. After checking out and heading to the parking lot I realized I forgot to bring water with me so I went back in to purchase a water, the salesman who helped me was generous enough to give me a free water, this place felt like home! THANK YOU NEXT LEVEL 🙏🏼 in my humble opinion this is thee best nutrition shop in Louisville!!!! If you haven’t stopped in for a visit you need to make it a priority and go shop with these wonderful people at Next Level!!!!!

Best place to go to in Louisville for supplements hands down. I've been going since day 1 when they opened up. Sean the owner is great as well. Always looking for new ways to better serve his customers. Changing out bad supplements for the better ones. Making sure every store is clean and prepped before opening. Very rare they are out of stock. Even giving out free samples to make sure the customer doesn't wate $30-$50 on a pre workout flavor they don't like. People who work at Next Level Sports nutrition always seem happy to help. They don't follow you around but always make sure to greet you when you walk in the door. If you say you don't need help they respect you and let you look around.

I've come to locations to burn time on lunch or if I'm meeting someone at a close location I'll just talk and learn more about the supplements. This is how a buissness should run. Appreciate all you do Sean. Should do some raffle give aways once in a while. Sounds like fun to me!

Sean and Amy, we are very helpful in explaining my options for the supplements I was inquiring about. They shared their expertise, personal experience and input from other customers, as I was trying to make my final decision. They even provided samples for me to try before making my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting their store front as I was also impressed with the variety of products they had on hand. Their pricing was competitive to what you might find online, however, supporting small in our community is much more important!

These guys are always incredibly helpful and have the most knowledgeable staff. I never feel like a bother with any of my questions and they either have the answer or find it for me immediately. Any time I’m shopping for supplements this is my first stop, and almost always my only stop!

Went here for the first time the other day. The man who helped me, can't remember his name but he was so kind and helpful. I actually went to hurstbourne location and middletown. Both men were extremely friendly. We even got free t-shirts and hoodies for being a first time customer with the special they had going on that weekend! Great place!

Prior to entering the store I was looking for Alpha Lion Scorch that I could only find through shipping. Walked in to get Alpha lion pre workout but was able to find the product i was originally looking for. Great staff.

Great stores with a wide range of product offerings and brands. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the products and more than happy to help answer any questions. Definitely a nice change over your typical chain health and nutrition stores.
