Rally's

It was late at night, but the woman at the drive through was so cheery and kind the whole time! I even had a special request and asked if they could put the sauce for my wings on the side. They were out of lids for the small sauce containers, but the staff took the time to make some makeshift ones out of aluminum foil for me. So pleasant to talk to as well. One of the best fast food customer service teams I’ve ever encountered! Thank you!!

The young man I believe was the manager was fast. He listened to my order and executed it the fullest. Also the young lady was full of energy and smiled the entire time. Great job 👏🏿👍🏿👏🏿👍🏿

Excellent Service. Wonderful attitude of the staff. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. They went above and beyond to see that everything was perfect for me. Not an easy thing to do since I had a few picky eaters with me this time, making 2 of the 4 meals completely and totally different from the normal menu items. But they had no problem with it and they were happy to help, and with a smile no less.

The speakerphone was broken, but Ashley took care of me and I got all my Hot food real Quick! We don’t have Rally’s in Texas, So quality is always important 🤣 Thanks again, Ashley!

I really like their fish sandwiches, the All American cheeseburgers, and a chocolate milkshake to top 'em off! The employees have always been nice and reasonable here at this location. My only complaint (and I can accept it) is having to wait a little longer sometimes when the drive through is busy. Also, hey Rally's management, could you pleeeease get chocolate ice cream cones/sundaes on the menu!? The ice cream cones/ cups are tasty.

This Rally's is awesome the people working there are short staffed, and it may take a min to get thru the line...but the food is still great and service is ALWAYS FRIENDLY

I received my order and a few things were missing (this happened before but I never called)
This time I called because I get charged regardless because of delivery apps no longer giving refunds they make you call the store
Ashley the assistant manager answered and was super kind about everything and let me know it’s because they’ve been out of stock with BBQ sauce and Apple pies I know it sounds dumb to call but on delivery apps they charge you for those and over time they add up :,)
She said she’d write a ticket for me to get those items for another day I appreciate it thank you

Updating for 12/3 Day Day (lady with the green hair) has been super polite when she’s taken my order thank you for the bbq sauce

My son was involved in a car accident in front of Rally's and they brought him food/drink while waiting for police/help...they were so caring asking if he was ok..as a Mom I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness..they should be acknowledged for their service thank you😃

Great late-night comfort food whether you walk up or drive in. My double cheeseburger and Double Sea Double (both for $5) were both cooked to perfection!

This is the best Rally's ever. Seriously they do a fantastic job. Every. Damn. Time. Keep it up yall. Hands down best Rallys for years now too!

Let's get this out of the way: Rally's serves very good fast food for the price. It is a fantastic value. You can fill your drunk belly with $6. This location is just a few blocks away from me, the staff are always funny and easy going, and even if there's a line it goes quickly. If you live in the area, you know this place rocks.

I have enjoyed the food at Rally's for a long time. My friend and I but did you drive through and we ordered and we were served quickly and we were served what we ordered and it was good. That's all it has to be is correct and on time and I'm not going to complain but I also just love sometimes they have on their menu they might be a little bit high calorie but I don't eat there every day.

I Doordashed from here and they always get the order right, never forget the sauces or straws, and always come fast and fresh !

My partner went to get food from Rally's a few nights ago. I didn't order food here. I have had it years ago though and it smelled like it taste the same. Rally's is a local drive thru fast food restaurant in my area. The service was fine and there was no long wait.

Fries are amazing as always & the fry seasoned mozzarella sticks were very salty but it's fine for late night food.

This place was solid. I mean it's cheap drive through food but I was hungover as hell and it saved my life. Would recommend 👍

Always have a deal I like to get their pick four just to let you know it's a little extra if you want fries and it's worth the buck

Remember for those who can not have a lot of sugar......and like ice tea.....YOU CAN NOW GET REGULAR TEA.....ICE TEA WITHOUT SUGAR!!!! But the youngsters have changed the vocabulary so much you have be sure to taste the tea before you leave. Or you might wind up with sweet tea anyway.......Enjoy!!!!

Hot tasty garbage. But it what we like. Garlic fries on point. Could use a better chicken. Strip

This was another place ill always eat because I been going here since a was a kid and my mother ,her sister and kids all worked here....but I love the new strawberry/villa cone...omg
