10/10 recommend, we had the pleasure of working with Carlos. Carlos had us in and out! Super friendly, made us feel welcomed, Had patience even when we ourselves did not. Personally, I’ll never shop with anyone else! You all go see Carlos if you want your car buying process go smooth as possible :)

Purchased my truck about 6 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Shawn was awesome - not your typical car salesman! He was a pleasure to work with because he was straight forward - to the point. Got a great deal here at idrive and great customer service from Evan! Buying a used car was never faster or easier. The whole team was open about all the cars that I asked about. I loved that I was able to put a no-risk hold on the car that I was interested in. Plus with CarFax and the management providing detailed information on what their service team had fixed on the car, I had total confidence. Totally recommend!

Excellent working with Edgar and Liz here. Got a great deal and they worked with me to put the tires I wanted on the vehicle. Felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the dealership and even though I knew they had high ratings before came there I was still impressed with the no pressure sales and felt they were looking out for me all the way. At the beginning of this month, I had to start the process of looking for a new car. This is something I was not looking forward to, having to deal with the back and forth of everything involved. The month before, I looked at iDrive Financial, located in Jeffersontown, KY. Online they had a great selection. I decided to peek at their website again, found one, called and went in before closing. They where extremely nice on the phone, and unlike other car lots the atmosphere was very calm. I spoke with Shaun, he went over everything, including mechanical and questions I had on a couple different cars. I did research within a 100 miles online to see what the price was on the same car, and still could not find one that was still in great condition, or with the low mileage as the car I was looking to purchase. They are family owned, and they hold to those values when you walk through the doors. In all the times I have had to purchase a vehicle, this place has been the only one that the process went smoothly and the calmness while going through it. I would highly recommend iDrive Financial to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. If rating them on a scale of 1 to 10, they would rate a 20. If you go there, speak with Shaun, he is absolutely wonderful. Thank you again for all your help, and making the process of purchasing a car a calm experience.

The first time I walked inside, I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Edgar. After extensive research, I already knew whichcar I wanted. There was no harassment to purchase, yet I was expecting it; it never happened. I have referred several who have experienced the same thing. The moment you walk in, you feel a sense of ease. The staff is very nice and accommodating! As we have all experienced the harassment at dealerships, where the salesman stalks you until you feel the need to change your number. This place does not harass you. They make you feel special and the referrals would agree with me as well. If you are looking for a good vehicle of your choice and in your price range, you will be pleased over and over with iDrive Financial! Just try it for yourself! The best car buying experience I've ever had. I've been doing business with Edgar and his team for about 9 years or so. From what I've experienced Edgar is a genuine, upfront and honest kind of guy. I bought a car from his sister store 'Best Buy Motors", back in '14. It was a situation where the car I was driving at the time was on it's last leg. So, I called Edgar and I was fortunate that he had a '13 Sonata hybrid on his lot that was the perfect car for me. At the time I was driving a lot for my job. In one year I put approximately 60k miles on that car and I had zero problems with it. The only reason I stopped driving that car is because someone hit me and my car was deemed totaled. Nonetheless I have nothing but positive things to say about Edgar and I've also sent him several thousand dollars in business from friends and family. My husband and I went looking for a car. Evan was great and very helpful, we ended up walking out with a car lower than our budget. Sean was very helpful in making sure we got the best possible deal, and was very informative with information on warranty's. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service. I would not shop anywhere else for an automobile. After purchasing my fourth vehicle here I could not be happier. Edgar and vlad have always provided exceptional customer service. They have always provided me with the right car at a great price based on my current needs. I have also had great luck with the service department and have never felt like I overpaid for maintenance work on my vehicles. Between all four cars I have only ever had to replace regular wear and tear items. They are honest, up front, and friendly. This place does not feel like a dealership, but more like people that offer advice and possibly a product based on current needs. If you want to see what car buying should be like, check them out. I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. The car had low miles, great exterior and interior. The thing looked brand new. They were able to work the financing out better than any other lot I have been to in the past. My salesman Don was very nice to me and my family and worked to make sure we had the right car for our needs. The owner Edgar helped us out a lot with the financing. I would highly recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a used car I didn’t see a single car on the lot that didn’t look factory new and they had a price to fit any budget I will never go to another lot to purchase a car.

I recently purchased a vehicle form this establishment. I have to say it was one of the best used car purchase process I have been a part of. I felt that I received a fair trade in value, professional customer service, as well as a car that had been well taken care of. After being burned on my last used car purchase these guys restored my faith in used car dealerships. I would absolutely buy another car from here. I recommend checking them out.

If you’re looking for a good car and friendly no pressure salesman’s this is your place. I went in for a car I saw on their website and it was exactly what they said it was. Liz & Edgar went over and beyond for my fiancé and I. They allowed us to test drive the car alone and gave us the option of taking our car to any mechanic of our choice. They offer a great warranty package and will work with any budget. Lastly, they will make sure you get the best loan and interest rate they can. They work with several different credit unions and won’t stop until they get you the best deal possible!

Right from the start I was pleased with everything about the dealership. Liz was great and very helpful throughout the whole sale, which, unlike other dealers, was a no pressure experience. I will definitely be coming back for another vehicle when the time comes, great vehicles, great prices, and even warranty coverage, they have it all and will work with you to get your needs met (within reason of course;) ) Go take a test drive and see for yourself!

I was looking for reliable transportation and I was a little hesitant to use Craigslist. I came across iDrive Financial and they had a 2009 EX-L 2009 Honda Accord. I called and made plans to come in to test drive the car and the rest is history. Eddie and Edgar are very professional. They are trustworthy. I had to come back the next day to have the rest of money but I had to put down a deposit to hold the car. Again a little hesitant because of past experience but they kept my car until the next day. It has been a week and I am enjoying my car! I recommend Eddie and Edgar because they get the job done.

Worked directly with Evan and Sean over a few days - it was the quickest, most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. The car’s basic but has great mileage. I had never heard of this place but highly recommend it. Evan and Sean are straight shooters, to the point, and very helpful.

The sales experience was the best that I've ever had at a dealership.
A couple years ago, I was in need of a new minivan. A coworker recommended that I talk with Edgar. Edgar had a beautiful 2006 Honda Odyssey that was perfect for our budget. Although the van was missing a passenger side mirror, Edgar ordered the replacement and installed it a few days later without any hassle.

I came here to look at a BMW I found online. The deal seemed very fair and the car looked great! I met Evan Blakeman and he was a joy to work with. He did not push me at all and was so kind and listened to every concern I had. The purchase was smooth and Evan took care of everything for me. I have known Edgar since I bought my first car from him 8 years ago. Since then I have purchased another. Edgar is honest and his cars are priced accordingly. My cars were both dependable and immaculate which is a rare find for a used car. I have referred all my friends and family there. They are just as happy as I am.
