Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Northeast

This hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. But the thing I like about it the most, is the people who work here. Particularly ms. Nicole Ales, who I think is one of the best concierges I have ever met, and honestly one of the main reasons we have came back to this hotel for the 4th time. I really recommend this Hotel.

Great location, super clean. And, the lady at the front desk was amazing. Thanks Nicole for your hospitality. We stayed here two times, and definitely, we will back here whenever we wanted to stop at Louisville.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Northeast, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels, but this one truly stood out in terms of its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and overall hospitality.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The lobby was beautifully designed and had a cozy ambiance, setting the tone for a delightful stay.

The room I stayed in was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Love Fairfield inn. Was surprised that our room wasn't straightened or garbage taken out upon our return. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very well-maintained and clean hotel. The check-in and checkout process were super fast. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the lobby was very nice well. We did not eat the breakfast because of a time crunch, but we passed by, and it looked quite good. I would stay at this hotel again.

My family travels frequently. The staff at this property was the friendliest, most accommodating staff I've had the pleasure of staying with. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location from a safety standpoint. If we ever find ourselves in Louisville again, we will stay here!

Nice, new hotel. This place looks great. The room and bath were very clean. Plenty of hot water. The towels are nice and big. The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast is more than adequate. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating and helpful. All around - very nice.

The hotel and room appeared clean. The room smelled lovely and the king sized bed was comfortable. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The parking was easy and plentiful. The area around the hotel had a lot of things like food and shopping and felt safe. Just 20 minutes to downtown. The only thing negative I can say is there wasn't so much as coffee by 8 am when I came down for breakfast. However the most important things were perfect.

I had a reservation but had to check in after midnight. I was greeted at the front desk with an exceptionally warm welcome by Ms Margueriete and her good energy. She made my check in smooth and quick and wished me a good nights rest. The lobby is spacious, my room was tidy and clean. They have indoor pool and a well equipped fitness room which were both clean as well. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but I bet it’s good lol. Then upon check out I was greeted with more good energy by Ms Chelsie. I asked her for the lady’s name from my check in, come to find out it was her mom lol She get it from her momma! Lol Employees like these ladies make you happy with choosing this hotel to stay.

It was a good hotel. The rooms had crumbs in them but not too many. The bathrooms were clean. The front desk was very friendly and was quick to respond to requests. The lobby was very well kept too.

Chelesie was a beautiful hostess who worked lots of hours. When I got there, she greeted me with a warm smile. Kids LOVED the clean room, free breakfast and big bed!!

Walk in shower was PHENOMENAL.....BTW.

Only hiccup was that we stayed 2 nights, didn't get a room clean, or towel replenish.
But it's the only hotel in Kentucky I will visit.
Hypoallergenic sheets sell me all day long!

Had sweet experience here, so close to where we were meeting at a church conference. Great breakfast with hot food & good coffee!!!

Greeted as soon as we entered. Easy check in/out. Great clean rooms. Awesome access to lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but ok. Pool was nice as well.

From I walked into the lobby area I noticed how clean and well kept this hotel is. My room is immaculate. The tv has a soothing sound, which is very relaxing. The night light is a plus for me. The staff is amazing. I will highly recommend here to everyone and I will stay here again and again. So far it’s a Five star hotel in my book. I’m looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Very clean! Good sized room and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillow. Up to standards with the Marriott brand.

Great.hotel.. rooms were nice, staff were nice and it was a great experience for me and my family.. Its very hard to find a hotel with a nice bed and a wonderful shower with hot water and trust me you won't be disappointed. There was a group of baseball players which you think would be loud and stuff but we didn't hear a sound and slept like a baby.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Everything was as it should be . . . clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Hotel is very new so everything is very clean and bright. Staff at desk were most helpful regarding everything. Breakfast was the usual fair, but good nonetheless. All in all we can't complain. However there is one item to bring to the attention of management: You want people to hang up towels upon use, however, there are hardly ANY places to do so. That should be remedied and is an easy fix.
