Bob and staff are class acts!

I was a customer of Bob Beck for over 20 years. After getting estimates from other insurance agencies I found that I was spending an extra $1,155 a year. I called him to cancel and he was quite rude and unprofessional. He stated that I would have a hard time finding a better rate and referred to me as pal in a sarcastic tone. He then hung up on me. I then had to do his job and send my old provider the new policies to them which was a huge inconvenience. All that just to be refunded. I’d recommend anyone using his assistance to ask him to for a yearly summary and compare it to others as he likes to confuse people with his fancy insurance jargon. He also has no way of contacting him when you need him as his office number goes straight to voicemail. He responds at his convenience, not yours.

Today, I had a terrible experience with Bob Beck on the phone when I called on behalf of my elderly mother, that is one of his insured clients. In response to the simple question, "How will my mom reach you if she has an urgent need, such as an auto accident," Bob went off on a 45 second tirade, yelling so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear, and ultimately told me he didn't need her business! I replied that I heard him loud and clear! In addition to being an angry old cuss, Bob's agency has no live person answering the phone during normal business hours and no agency web site either. I would never do business with Bob Beck and would never recommend him to others.
