What a wonderful place to stay! I really enjoyed the room, even though I was only in it long enough to get clean and rest. There's lots to see around there. If you are going through or in the area, it is a great place to rest and unwind. I hope you enjoy it as I did!

Bettie in the breakfast area was magnificent. What a great way to start the day with a wonderful person who cares about the customers! She set the tone for a nice day for everyone. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Ronnie, the manager helped us resolve a minor issue with little fuss, he just fixed the concern I had. I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there in the future. We were there with family, including grandchildren and everyone was kind and welcoming. The kids, their Dad (my son in law) and I all enjoyed the large, indoor heated pool - with pool toys, noodles and an inflated ring Great way to burn off energy after a 3 hour plane trip I highly recommend this place and we will stay there on future trips, I have family and friends in the area. The location is great, but the star of the show was the front desk woman by the name of Tonya… she is the sweetest and most patient woman, especially when my reservation was mixed-up with a different hotel. Room was nice & cozy. Many shops and restaurants to choose from in the immediate area.

My special thanks to Rodney and the whole Housekeeping team! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and we felt so happy talking to Rodney after our 12 hour travel day. Please give them as much of your tips! We sure are!

The location is perfect, you can miss all the traffic when you need to get food and groceries. The staff was very professional and attentive. Mr. Riviera made sure that our stay was an absolute pleasure. The rooms are as clean as they can be, just a little bit dated. The pool is great! Late hours, too!

The room was beautiful. Loved the color schemes and everything that they provided such as a microwave, pots and pans, and dishes. Was a great overnight stay with me issues at all. One of my all time favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. The breakfast in the morning was great also. Such a variety of foods to get us energized for our day ahead. Staff was great. Wonderful place to stay.

I got a two bedroom suite with my family and it was very inviting and the front desk was very warm and happy. Very clean and comfortable. Each room has it's own bathroom and it was the best hotel stay I've ever had. The breakfast was great and the decor is very contemporary and modern.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel at home! A special thanks to Kamisha. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay. Got a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, more than enough space. Nice pool, just wish they were open 24hrs. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. Nice area to play basketball or just hang out, had heaters out there but they needed propane (was a bit chilly, could have used those but its ok). Will stay again!

Very clean establishment! Very professional staff from what I observed! Clean rooms! Comfy bed/ Comfy pillows! Free breakfast and swimming pool! There are lots of shops and food close to this hotel! I would stay here again and again. Only downside..I don't like hotel showers..they always seem to have dirty shower curtains but ik it's because they are used...this is my personal issue guys so yes go ahead and book with this hotel

Two bedroom unit was perfect for our family and having a kitchen was convenient. Unit was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Quaint location and a wonderful staff! The kitchen is small, but stocked with the essential dishwares and cookwares. A forewarning, the dishes are a little small so be prepared for shallow or smaller plating. There's a dishwasher too along with included dish detergent you can get restocked for free. Highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding customer service all 7 days we stayed. Check in was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to help (from the front desk staff to housekeepers to the kitchen staff).

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We do not tend to want daily housekeeping (so kept the do not disturb sign up) and it was a nice touch that they leave a note under the door in case you should need anything later.

I also appreciated the Fido House stations at every exit (very helpful / convenient when traveling with a dog) and there were plenty of areas available for walking your dog around the hotel.

This Residence Inn has spoiled me as I am currently at another one (at same price point) that just pales in comparison.

Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a two bedroom suite for a couple of nights to explore area. Kids love the room and want to live here. They love the kitchen, desk and the fireplace. Pool was nice temperature. Breakfast is plentiful. Nice variety. Staff is nice and helpful. We arrived in the rain and wished for a covered place to unload would be our only pouty lip.

Incredibly sweet and helpful staff and a very warm and welcoming place to call a temporary home. The housekeeping is so sweet, she even made up our daughters bed and arranged her toys. Carol in the kitchen is very warm and welcoming as well (plus they have gf options!). ALL of the front desk staff is so sweet and made us feel very at home while our actual home was being fixed. If given any option to stay at a hotel, we would choose it here over and over again.

We needed a hotel for the night after a bit of a disaster in our home. We showed up around noon on a Saturday and they took AMAZING care of us!! The studio we stayed in was clean, beautiful, and the bed!! I think I slept for ten hours!! And I really need to know what kind of shower head that was! I want one just like it in my home!!

I was there to visit a friend who has been staying there after a house fire. We brought in dinner and then went swimming, with 5 small children between the two of us. The staff were courteous and helpful as they grabbed us the couple things we asked for, and were friendly with the kids. The facility overall was clean, and my friend commented that throughout their stay the staff had been kind.

We stayed for 5 weeks after relocating across country and then looking for a house to buy in Louisville. Our 85 lb puppy, Brody, stayed with us. Flat fee for him was nice, most hotels charge per night. Many of the other long term guests bonded with Brody because they missed the dogs they left home.
Thomas & his staff were great. Less than 1/2 mile to very large public park.

Our family of 5 and 2 small dogs stayed here for about 5 months after a housefire this past year. Despite the circumstances, we loved our time here. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond! From helping us find supplies to do homework or helping me bundle up all 3 kids to make the drive to school, they treated us like family. We miss everyone, including Ms. Carol! My kids still ask when we can move back to the Residence Inn.
