Our server had to be new because we had a lot better. We got to see our old favorite server who got promoted and is no longer a server and as always she made things right

Andrew was the best he was so nice to the kids. Made are experience worth coming back. I hope the boss sees this and gives him some pats on the back

We originally went to a place down the street and was discusted. When we walked into Tumbleweed, it was just the opposite. Tumbleweed was really clean, staff was friendly, and the food was amazing and plentiful. Compared to other house salads, this one was huge. The steak was delicious and the St. Paddy's margaritas were awesome. The meal came with free chips and salsa. Our total bill was $34. At other places, we've eaten less for more

I called up a to-go order tonight and Tiffany took my order I've known her for years she's been my bartender my server and her service and her attention to detail even on to go orders is just amazing

Would not have put Kentucky in the equation for Tex-Mex, but this spot just outside of the airport in Louisville was great. Our server was on point for a party of 5, and food was amazing. I could drink a cup of their salsa every day, it was that good. Will come back when I visit the Louisville area again.

Our server Justan was super friendly, attentive and helpful! We enjoyed a nice meal with a side of friendly conversation . My son was very thirsty on our visit but he never had to request a refill because there was one already waiting. Great service!

I haven't been to this particular location for a very long time since they rebuild from the fire. We had a party of 4. I ordered a glass of frozen strawberry margarita 🍹 and a beef burrito deluxe dinner. They were tasty and delicious. Our server and her trainee were very friendly and fabulous. 👍

I called on a Thursday night to bring a work group of 23 for a retirement party the following afternoon. The manager I spoke with, Anana was very nice and helpful and told me it was no problem. I arrived the next afternoon early and the tables were already pushed together with chips, salsa, silverware, and menus ready for everyone. Our server did a wonderful job with such a large party! It was a great afternoon and I am really happy with how it al turned out and how great Tumbleweed did! Thanks!

I've been coming to the Tumbleweed on Outer Loop since the original one was built many years ago. I've seen a lot of servers come & go in well over 30 years. I've had some great servers over the years that I would request when I dined here. One of the best is the one that I request these days. Amanda is awesome! Always friendly & takes good care of me. I'm a heavy tea drinker & she always has my next one on the table before I finish the one I'm on. She's become like family. I always try to make my trips to Tumbleweed when I know that she is working.

Staff was very helpful and even helped me save some money. Will be coming back more often.
