Not very friendly or supportave

Took them a week to get back with me to tell me they couldn't help me. Why not leave a message saying "we cannot help you" instead of 6 voicemails saying call us back. Poor business. Go with someone else if your hurt. Not professional at all! 👎👎👎👎👎😡

It seems like they don't do what they preach. I've got good evidence that it was doctor and operating staff that made a mistake and they still would not take my case.
