Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East

Nice experience. Always comfy beds at Marriott. Just wished the pool was open because it was already warm out but they wait until memorial day.

First time staying at a Marriott & my overall experience was good and reasonably affordable. I definitely recommend getting the 'breakfast included' option for your room. It will save you money. Complimentary breakfast isn't free but adding it as an option is a small price to pay, for what you get from their bistro. Basically the cost of a large Starbucks drink and here you can get Starbucks and a full breakfast.
Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room seemed slightly outdated but not as bad as some other reviews make it out to be but every room is different I'm sure. Fortunately I had no issues with anything in my room. I like that my room had a desk and office chair for me to work, being that I was here on a work trip. My room also had a mini fridge but no microwave but luckily I wouldn't have needed a microwave on this trip. The gym is small but has what you need and is clean and working ac. There's a laundry room, which I didn't need to use. My only complaint is the pool rules state that no person can swim alone, with no lifeguard on duty. If caught, you get a fee. So no swimming for me.
Location is really convenient and walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, and more.

I booked this hotel online 2 weeks before my trip and got a great price. The online checkin was so cool and easy, just click check in and you're in then you can use your phone for your room key to get into your room and the whole building as well as the gym and pool. The room was ready at 3 pm when I checked in and so clean. The beds we're some of the most comfortable I've slept in and great room layout. You can request towels and extra pillowd through the app as well and room cleaning. Checking out was a breeze too. Just click checkout and then leave. Only talked to staff once the whole trip and she was very friendly. They even put a goodbye thank youesage on the tv with my name which was cool. Mariott Bon Voy you have my buisness! Thanks for a great trip.

The rooms were very clean. The check in was great and they helped us out with some local restaurants! Would defiantly recommend anyone to stay here! They also had a Starbucks in the lobby just basic coffee!

The staff here was so kind and accommodating. They don’t normally provide room service, but they kindly delivered water to my room when I requested it. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very clean, welcoming, family friendly, easy access. Had trouble with room keys but problem was fixed immediately. Loved having our private balcony. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay. Convenient location, friendly people, clean rooms, very responsive service, and a great black cherry old fashioned. We will return when visiting Louisville.

Check in was quick and easy. My room was large and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from the rooms near me, which was nice. The bar area was very nice and inviting. I wish I'd had time to sit at the fireplace and have a drink. Maybe I will next time!

The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Didn’t like that the TV was to the left of the bed making it rather uncomfortable to watch TV in bed. Nice outdoor pool. We even took advantage of the gas grill and ate our rib-eye steaks by the pool.

Stayed overnight while in town for the airshow. Hotel was slightly difficult to find but with navigation we found it just fine. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and one of the housekeepers even brought my toddler some crayons and coloring pages to play with upon our arrival! Room was clean and arranged nicely. Something different I noticed was, this hotel offered upscale tea tree shampoo/conditioner/body wash in full size containers adhered to the shower wall instead of giving you the little bottles.

I've stayed at this hotel three or four times in total. The rooms, halls and lobby have been super clean and odor free. There are no signs of wear or delapidation.The wi-fi signal is strong and the staff is professional. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first stay at a Courtyard Hotel - I stayed here on a week long business trip and this place was really home away from home. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the pool was clean and large, every employee I encountered was extremely polite and helpful, especially the Sr. Engineer (Im not sure what his name was I just remember the title on his name tag) this man ran the entire show thursday morning 7/28/22 from completing food orders to checking guests in, He really cares about the guest experience! I will suggest Courtyard to my colleagues for future travel. Good job yall!

BEAUTIFUL Suite, king bed super comfy! Guest Laundry on site, ALWAYS a major Plus! Ice machines on every floor, Awesome! Pool & whirlpool, fitness center, and the Bistro is open 7 days! Nice and quiet, I rested Well. I had a long day today, and tomorrow will be even longer, if that's possible! Only 1 night, wish I could have stayed longer to Enjoy More!

We were in town for a late night concert and decided to stay overnight. While this location is a little bit of a drive from downtown (although, not too far), it was still in a good location. The room and hotel in general were clean and comfortable with a very inviting lobby. We would stay again!

We had a great stay here. The hotel is close to the interstate so easy on easy off and also close enough to attractions. The outdoor pool area is simple but feels a bit like a resort since it's situated in the middle of the hotel ...and you can't see the parking lot or hear much street noise.

Love it! My brother has been on an "extended stay" here, and he is very happy and comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and spacious (even the sleeper sofa!) The AGM Rebecca was simply amazing. She was so friendly and courteous. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and chatting! I would highly recommend.

Relaxing! This Courtyard is so clean. The staff are genuinely concerned and happy to be an employee here! I thanked housekeeper's for such a clean hotel. I hope Management always remembers what holds the top up! Check In with Zoey was a breeze, smiled the entire time even though she was swamped. The young lady running thr bar/restaurant exceptional as well! One of the best Courtyards we have stayed at.

This my home away from home when I’m in town on business. I’ve been staying at this hotel for almost two years. The rooms are great and the hotel staff is excellent. The hotel is in a great location that has plenty of dining options. A great place to stay if you are in the Louisville, KY area.

Excellent stay and excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Robert was especially helpful to our family.

The rooms were great!!! All the people were nice..easy check in/out. Helpful staff.. cleaning crew brought fresh towels and took my dirty ones.. I will definitely recommend Courtyard by Marriott to ally friends and family.
