Baymont by Wyndham Louisville East

My fiance and I stayed for a week, overall it was a pretty nice experience. The hotel staff were all super friendly. Nicky, the front desk lady was very polite and always had a smile on her face.

Breakfast was a decent selection and was fresh.

Location was quiet. It's in a perfect area close to restaurants, gas stations, and stores. (Some within waking distance). There were a few sketchy people around, but it wasn't so bad that I felt uncomfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Room service respected our DND and provided us with all our needs.

Would absolutely book a room here in the future. It's inexpensive and well worth the price.

A pleasant stay at Baymont! The affordable price pleasantly surprised me with the high level of cleanliness both in the hotel and the room. The staff was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the initial disappointment of a green pool upon arrival. However, I appreciate that they took prompt action to clean it before my departure. It's just a shame I missed out on swimming. On a positive note, the continental breakfast was delightful, offering a good selection of options. Overall, I would gladly return for another stay here.

Needed a place to stay the nice for a doctor's visit at Nortons hospital. Mind you, this is not a fancy place, but the people were nice, rooms were clean, and I felt safe. For a cheap place this place was by far a winner

very nice hotel serves breakfast every morning in the lobby on steam table or make your own waffle coffee and juice.

I would just like to give a shout out to the woman Nicci at the front desk!! She gives incredible customer service!! She is also very helpful caring and sensitive to the needs of others!! If I were her boss I would give her a raise!! She is the best thing to happen to the baymont hotel!! Nicci if you see this, thank you for everything!!

I have met most of the workers.
Ms. Nicci..Mr.Nick.. Mr.Parth..maintenance man housekeepers and some of the guest as well and they have ALL been exceptional and have went out of their way to help with my situation. Very nice and understanding. So.. Thank You all!! Now..to the rooms and location they are nice and a great value and the. Location is great and quiet! I have been pleased with the overall experience and I am still at this location..oh they also have breakfast..vending machines.. guest laundry..out door pool..gym..very close to grocery store.. gas stations and alot of restaurants! Please come check it out.

I liked it enough that I paid for an extra day. My room needed a little work, but the pool, breakfast, and location made up for it. As a plus, there are good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is much more than usual from my experience at similar hotels

Good, clean, comfortable. Customer service was great, breakfast had more hot selections than other hotel chains. The customer service was excellent. They even gave my children crayons to colour in our room. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the room. I'm not a fan of carpeting at hotels.

I'm giving this motel 5 stars because the people who work there were very friendly. And the room was very clean. And the sheets on the bed smelt clean. The pillows were awesome I even looked to see what kind they were but it did not say. The bed it's self was comfortable. The breakfast was ok for a hotel breakfast nothing special there! Hey but what do you expect it's free! Really the only problem I had was I forgot my lotion at home and they didn't have any in the room so I went down and asked and they stopped carrying it because no one ever used it. But I think they should still stock it behind the desk for when people request it. But that's it. I hope this helps you to make up your mind to stay. Really it is a nice place!

We booked online without reading reviews (rookie mistake lol) but on the drive down I noticed all the negative reviews and panicked. It was all for nothing.
Front desk clerk was warm and welcoming, our room was clean and ready for us. No bugs found, bathroom was spotless no hair in sinks or tub.
We went to breakfast and had waffles and yummy biscuits and gravy! Coffee was hot and strong.
All around it was by far more than we expected for the price! We will definitely be back when we pass through.

Front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating my family at 1:30am when all other hotels were "booked". The coupon in the travel book was honored and breakfast was substantial for what was needed. If I had one complaint, it would be that the toilet area was not all that clean, but overall was a very nice stopping point for our travels!

We chose Baymont for its dog policy. The evening front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as described and surprisingly clean for a hotel in this price range. The breakfast area was nice and clean as well. The breakfast was a little lackluster, but that's to be expected in this price range. Five-stars for excellent service and exceeding expectations!

The employees are super nice and helpful. The breakfast provided is also very good. Rooms are a decent size, the beds are super comfy, and the showers in the bathroom are really nice, too. We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends, and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!! The staff has been great, the breakfast was adequate, my room was spotless, fresh cookies on the counter.... Man, for the price, you can't beat it!! I had a 3rd floor room, which has enclosed hallways. I will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

These rooms are super clean and nice staff! There is $150 security deposit. Edit: I left the hotel yesterday. Leaving was super easy and I am keeping my 5 stars. For the price I was shocked how neat this place was and how nice the staff was. I will be coming again.

We stayed only one night but will definitely stay here again. The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. We stayed in a king room on the third floor. I remember reading all the reviews before I made the reservations and recall seeing one where the reviewer mentioned the elevator required access only with your key card. The reviewer made it sound like that was a negative. While we were there, we did not have to use our room key to get the elevator to work, so I surmise that the key card is only required after regular hours and I think that is a good security feature. In our room, we had a microwave oven, a coffee pot, plus a little refrigerator, however, I don't know if that is standard for all the rooms, or only for the king rooms. For an extended stay, I will remember to bring our own snacks and drinks. The bathroom was clean and very nice. Sometimes its the little things you remember, like the shower with the bowed shower curtain (us bigger guys appreciate the extra room) and that the water temperature did not fluctuate. The TV remote was easy to understand and the Wifi was better than most (faster than my own at my home). The breakfast (included) was very nice with the usual 'continental' offerings (cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, milk, OJ and apple juice), plus they also had do-it-yourself waffles. I know that many motels list the same breakfast items, but this one has everything in abundance, in a clean and inviting environment. Finally, I think it comes down to value and I think that this was the best buy for my money I have seen in a long time. I don't want to sound like a "ringer" but I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about this motel -- except it rained most of the time we were there and we didn't get to use the pool. I guess I can't really blame that on the motel. ;-) Remember, your mileage may vary, batteries not included.

I've been coming to this hotel for years. Good atmosphere and convenient location. Close to a plethora of amenities, gas...The staff is wonderful and the rooms are updated and comfy!!! As you can see, I'm very happy with my experience.
