Great Place to buy work boots and work clothes!!

This is the place to go if you need work shoes, boots or whatever you might need. They have a really good selection of work boots and shoes, whichever you prefer. The young lady and young man that work here are very helpful. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to help my wife with everything she needed, and with her questions, also. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

I was having trouble with getting the right fit for work shoes. The staff was very good with helping me with getting the right size along with comfort and the prices are reasonable.

I called all around Louisville trying to find somewhere that carries 3X or 4X mens carheart. The young man on the phone was so helpful. This store carries big sizes with a good variety of selections in those sizes while still being reasonably priced. The staff was amazing! Thank you for making last minute Christmas shopping less stressful!

Thank you so much for your help yesterday. We were trying to find ice cleats so that we could walk our dog with confidence. We called the store in the morning and a wonderful young man found what we needed and put them on hold. We will always come from southern indiana and visit your store in the future. Wonderful customer service. The store is clean and merchandise is organized by size. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up!!!

Super helpful staff and willing to work with me. Didn't have the boots I wanted but we got them ordered and even let me try them in and wake around inside the store to ensure it was a good fit. Will be back with future business!

I come here to buy the same pair of boots every 1-2 years. Just my second time, but they're always very helpful and get you what you need. 10/10 customer service. They seem to have better deals as well.

The staff was very quick to help us. They knew facts about each individual work boot and was able to offer tips for them to last longer. Always very good deals at this shop.

Both employees were very friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of safety toe shoes and can even let you look through a catalog and order what you want if they don't have anything you like in stock.

I’ve been to several places in the past month looking for the right fitting boots. Sometimes receiving decent assistance or none at all. John at national workwear exceeded any expectations I would ever have for someone in customer service. He literally ran back and forth grabbing me options before I even asked, he probably got me out at least 15-20 pairs of boots to try on. Answered any questions I had. I ended up walking out with the perfect boot that I would of never found if it wasn’t for John and his impeccable customer service! Thank you John I will definitely be coming back for any workwear needs!
