Red Roof Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne

Stayed there couple of nights with family. It was quiet and safe. Affordable price and all the staff were friendly. Would recommend going there.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room honestly was cleaner than the last few places I’ve stayed. Also I love that they have outside access to the rooms. Idk why but I hate lugging all my junk through a lobby and I’m the middle of everything. Having outside entrance makes me feel like I have more privacy. This is in a quiet area. Felt very safe. I literally have no complaints. Thanks for a great stay!

I chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. When I arrived, I was greeted by efficiency. I was attended by a polite staff member. He did the paperwork promptly and I got out of there in 10mins.

My room was clean, lights were working well. The TV was working well, the remote control just needed new batteries but it was fine. All lights were working. The AC worked very well. I like my room cold and it did exactly that.

The towels were clean and did not smell of smoke - kudos to laundry for cleaning them thoroughly. (I've been to smoke-free RRIs where the towels still smell of smoke like they've never been washed).

I had 4 pillows that came with the room. Each pillow was a different softness, I've never come across that at a RRI before. My bed was firm and sheets were clean - again kudos to laundry.

There was a coffeemaker in the room, microwave and a cold cold refrigerator which was essential to me because I have a quart of milk for my cereal. This RRIs does not serve breakfast, it's best to go to the Kroger across the street to get your breakfast things if, like me, you need to eat once you open your eyes (lol).

Parking at this hotel was plentiful. Grassy patches around the hotel was poop-free. Thankful that guest pick up after their pets - or risk paying $250 for littering. Wifi was strong & speedy.

Surrounding this hotel location - Waffle House, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Mike's Carwash, Kroger & Gas, Panda Express, McDonald's, Arby's, Chase bank, and nicer restaurants which I didn't go. If you venture a little further (0.5+ mi) Chipotle, bakeries, BBQ, Asian bistros, more Starbucks, Target, Khol's etc. - spoilt for choice.

This hotel is my #1 choice because the staff is great and very accommodating. They are great with my dog Debo. The rooms are always clean and sanitary. Any time I need a room this is the motel I come to. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This place met my expectation the room location and the amenities were awesome.Shemi the manager that works the front desk very businesslike and thorough she has a good attitude. The staff has a good vibe with positive energy they they really put 100% in their job

Everything was good. The housekeepers are really good and also the the front desk worker. Helped me through my stay there. It was quiet and peaceful. All the restaurants are near by and also close to the highway. Loved the stay. ♥♥

Very happy with my recent 4 day stay at the Red Roof Inn. Clean and well kept up. Area seems nice and safe. Very pet friendly. I recommend staying there and will be back again. You do have to plan that they do not provide breakfast, only coffee. Plenty of coffee in the room.

I've been staying here for around 2 months give or take. I've had exceptional housekeeping services also exceptional front desk services and have enjoyed my stay here so far.. I would recommend this place to others for short-term or long-term stay they will work with you and treat you pretty good according to how you treat them so THANK YOU! to Red Roof Inn staff and management!!

I was really surprised with it being a Red roof inn. I've stated a few in Philly Harrisburg and Maryland and they were not as good as here. The service at the front desk was great the housekeepers are absolutely phenomenal like you would think you're staying at a four-star hotel with how good of a cleaning job they do I had zero problems zero bug issues zero complaints for the price you can't beat that Great job great service thank you

I chose this hotel to stay in while transitioning into my new job and move to Louisville. I will say that after staying there for 7 weeks, I missed out booking for the coming week as usual and when I tried the sites all said they were sold out for those days. I called the hotel and identified myself as the guy who has been there for 7 weeks and could they not fit me in somewhere as they did have room that they book privately. When they told me they rate would be $200 more on the week than what I previously have been paying, I scoffed at the desk clerk about loyalty to their customer. And was blasted back that they didn't have to do anything outta the way for me if they desired not to.
And that I should book online if I want the rate I've previously been paying. Fortunately I found a room there on a site that I haven't used before and all was well for another weeks lodging.

Great location, right off interstate.
Good selection of restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Great price for a one night stay.

Close to everything, clean & comfortable.
No free breakfest, but free coffee is provided in each room. I'm on my 4th night this week here for work with my family. So far I have felt safe & my needs taken care of. The house cleaning staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need without asking. When they do their rounds they check on you and give you what you need. & iv3 sayed in a ton of places, from WV - FL and this is the only place I've experienced this type of customer service, I am very grateful and would highly suggest this for your stay.

Very reasonable price for overnight stay. We had a basic room, king-size bed, air conditioning worked perfectly. It was quite and we stayed on the ground floor. The night stands have outlets in the front so it's easy to plug in any charges. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Very clean.wifi available, ice bin with 2 cups and hair dryer.

We had a 3 night stay and or was wonderful. The staff were helpful and about as nice as could be. The room was so comfortable and cozy and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. We felt like family.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with my Priceline not showing or something and I was charged again upon arrival, once I called and notified them of my being double charged they quickly refunded me my money even though they were beyond busy at the time. Our room was very clean and quiet. The location was great.

The room is clean and pretty much looks like the pictures advertised, the area is quiet and the employees were kind enough to get us extra towels upon request. I really like the room here. It's kind of compact so expect to bump into who ever you're rooming with, but for the price and cleanliness of the room I have no complaints. I will definitely be back.

Easy, affordable stop on the way through Louisville. We arrived pretty late, the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the AC, sink and shower all worked fine. A large bug in the shower, but we took care of it easy enough. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I totally enjoyed my stay! The staff was welcoming and gracious, very professional and helpful. My room was very clean and attractive! The beds were perfect. The Red Roof Inn, Louisville East was truly a sanctuary for me and my little dog after many long hours in traffic on the expressway!
