Look I can't ever complain. That would be lame because the shoes is flames on my feet. Fire, and not like in a bad way. Athletes foot. Foot locker has it on lock.

Great experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Juan and very politely asked if we needed any help. We did have questions, and he was able to answer them quickly and confidently. He was not pushy but attentive and took care of all of our needs. There were several other employees in the store and all of them were polite and helpful. This is so refreshing to see when usually you can barely get anyone to help you at any store anymore!
So if you're at J mall and are looking for some shoes check em out!!

Great selection of shoes at an average price. The employees were good not to crowd me as soon as I walked in, but still made me feel welcomed. When I was ready I got one of the employees attention and they were very willing to help me. Very informative and speedy with checking for my size. Clean establishment

I am only giving this place 5 stars because they have sales, it is clean, and they have a wide variety for both women and men.
Customer service here is always terrible.
They don’t smile or say welcome when you come in, they don’t say you’re welcome or no problem, and they always have an attitude for some reason.
You guys need to be more warm to people and stop watching everything that they do when they go into the store.
I prefer buying online.
Even when I bought online and chose store pick up, this guy kept questioning my identity when I came to pick up the shoes even after I showed him my ID and I obviously knew what shoes I ordered plus the size.
Other than that, great store.

Got some nice Nike Air Max shoes from here today. With the help of the wonderful staff at Foot Locker. Man they was awesome and friendly. They had some hoodies on clearance and we decided to go thru them to see if they had certain sizes for some people for Christmas gifts. The employees said here we will look for the sizes and ya can look for ur shoes. That was so nice. Thanks for everything guys and gals!!!!
