I was impressed with this mom and pop company. They don’t do advertising, so all of their business is word of mouth. Having grown up in a family business, I value that. I was referred to try them and am glad that I did. Daniel seemed sincere and was straight forward and explained what could be wrong with my toilets and why. Rick was the one who came out and was just as straightforward. He educated me on various things about toilets, and I appreciated that he took the time to do that. He showed me what was not right with my toilets and showed what he was going to do.

He is loyal to his company and spoke highly of them. You don’t find that often in employees, unfortunately.

I would highly recommend Daniel Brown Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs. Once you find someone you can trust, future calls are easy. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

Phenomenal service! We had an incident Sunday evening with a shower fixture breaking off the wall, which left the water still on. I called Daniel Brown Plumbing as soon as they opened Monday morning and someone was here by 10:30am and had us taken care of in no time! Awesome customer service, reasonably priced and all around great service, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

We needed 2 hose spigots replaced in our home, learning the hard way that we didn’t handle them correctly this past winter. Rick from Brown Plumbing was diligent and thorough, and expertly navigated a difficult project that we could never have completed ourselves. Our 114 year old home is full of fun little surprises from when it was flipped in 2018, so it is not uncommon for seemingly small jobs to become a lot more complicated once repairs are underway. Rick made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and gave an honest assessment of what was required. At the end of the job, we are left with something far more functional. It is clear they will do the job correctly, or they won’t do it at all. After a rough experience with a different plumbing service, it was refreshing to work with a group that clearly cares and provides straightforward quotes and feedback. While I hope our plumbing issues are few and far between, we will not hesitate to reach out to Brown if/when the need arises.

Called about a slow running sink first thing in the morning and they were at my house by lunch time. The sink was running again within the hour. Clean, professional, courteous, and reasonable pricing. I would recommend and I would use them again.

We had Daniel Brown Plumbing come to both of our business locations to fix toilets that we had put in less than a year ago by another plumbing company. Let's just say the other company did not do a great job. However, Daniel Brown Plumbing did a fantastic job. Not only did they fix a broken part inside one of the toilets, but they saw a leak and fixed it as well. They fixed both toilets for less than the quote I received for one toilet from the other plumbing company. I am a very happy customer, and will definitely use Brown Plumbing again! Thank you.

Was able to diagnose and fix my leak in under an hour. Very professional and honest. Saved me lots of money with a simple fix that another, larger company was going to charge me a ridiculous fee.

My husband found Daniel Browns plumbing online and we called them out to run new plumbing to our kitchen sink and for our dishwasher. They were very friendly from our first call to get on the schedule (which was very fast!) all the way to our service visit. Our work was complete by Donnie and Rick, Donnie was the first to arrive and looked over everything that needed to be done, he was very thorough with breaking everything down on what we needed. Rick and Donnie worked quickly to get everything completed with accuracy and now we having a working kitchen sink and dishwasher again! YAY! We would recommend them to our family and friends.

These guys are the best! They are very professional and think outside the box. There’s been 2 occasions where they’ve figured out a problem where their competition couldn’t. Very fair and very reasonable! Don’t hesitate!

I used Daniel Brown Plumbing for the first time. First, I want to say I will definitely use them again. The owner talked with me when I was inquiring about an estimate. Gave me some advice and shared his knowledge to help with plumbing issues in the future. He sent Shane out for the estimate, then Shane came out to do the work. He did a great job. Everything looks wonderful and even better, all the plumbing issues with my first three projects are working better than ever. The Owner, Office Assistant and Shane, the Technician that came out, were all very helpful, nice to work with, very informative and polite. It's nice to have someone that knows what they are doing and cares about the quality of work they do for you. I Highly Recommend them and we will be calling them again with our next projects.

A quick job turned into a morass thanks to old weirdly installed plumbing, but the guys got it all taken care of with good humor. Looks great and works great!

I've used Daniel Brown Plumbing around 3 times now. Without a doubt the most professional, on time, and polite plumbing business I've worked with. Each time they've come out the issue has been fixed and stays fixed. They're knowledgeable and make sure that I can see the issue is resolved and tested before leaving. The price for what they charge is fair for the work they provide. They are going to be my go to plumber as long as they are open.

I discovered that I had sewage backing up through my basement drain this morning. Had read a review about Daniel Brown Plumbing and decided to call them. They were able to get out to my house almost immediately. Donald, their technician, was very friendly and extremely conscientious about keeping my floors and the area around his workspace clean. Donald was able to get my mainline unclogged quickly and did so without any major mess to clean up which is almost impossible to do when running the drain snake. I highly recommend Daniel Brown Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any plumbing related issues that I cannot handle myself.

Daniel Brown Plumbing is amazing! They had such a quick turnaround when making the appointment and came right on time. They fixed our sewer clog which had tree roots in it within minutes after another big named company quoted us 5000 dollars to dig up our yard. They were professional and very efficient. We definitely will use them for all our future plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

Daniel Brown Plumbing is top notch! I called on Wednesday and they got me on the schedule for the next day at noon. I got a call Thursday morning that they could come early and they did. Shane showed up with a great personality and was beyond helpful. He took care of getting my water heaters back up and running, showed me how to handle things myself the next time, and assured me he'd back ASAP if we needed him again. Their pricing is fair and the payment system was so easy. It allowed for a tip and I hope that it goes to the service tech, Shane, because he deserves to know how great he is at his job!

Needed our water heater replaced. Daniel was super friendly and informative on the phone, and got a team out to take care of it for us quickly. Super reasonable price, and the guys that came to do the work were polite and efficient.
