Rooms are great with a great staff any problems ot concurs that need to be meet are meet as quick as possible miss Veronica is an great help an always treat consumers with respect an kindness staff is also great any needs I have the staff is quick to meet them an always checking to make sure the problem is to my liking that's for having a great staff an all around great people

Front desk service was extremely helpful for my company’s needs. Any issues with rooms were handled promptly and efficiently.

Great customer service, manager is so helpful when things are needed. Maintenance is on top of any issues. No issues at all.

This place has been amazing and accommodating with any issue we have had. Amazing staff. Rooms are as expected, clean and working order, we got a small 2 bed kitchenette the third floor but they have elevators for our grocerie shopping making life easier.

This freshly updated property is worth the nightly & weekly rate they charge.
I'm certain you will not find anything that could compare in this area of town.
Change doesn't happen like more than half America expects it to.
The manager took over this property about 6 months ago and it's been challenging to say the least for one person to personally spend so much of her time on-site , she deserves a lot more credit then staff members and some guest give her. Everyone deserves grace , compassion and patience so come back if you've tried the property and try again.
I think you might just find yourself with a better brighter look on it.

Remodeling going on but not noisy or obvious. Employees are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is on hand and immediate response! Elevator needs to be fixed bad and new washing machines and dryers. Very quiet! Location is amazing! Security at night made me feel safe especially because I'm alone! Love this place!!!

Overall my experience is good, I love the staff, Miss V definitely made me feel welcomed when I came here, thanks for all you do

It wasn't too bad. I think we had one of the more newly renovated rooms on the 1st floor (118). There were just a few roaches, but no bedbugs! TV didn't work, but that was ok since we only stayed one night. The front desk guy was great.

Staff is mostly friendly and very helpful, if you need something just ask.
Been here for a few weeks and I haven't had any issues, it's a quiet property for the most part. I do wish there was a tub but the shower has seats so that's good. They also have free towel exchange and housekeeping once a week but I clean my own room.

I came hours before check in and misty got me in a room within an hour! She answers every question with a smile, and gives any help she can! She's so professional and sweet, with customer service skills I've never experienced! She made sure housekeeping attended to my room whenever needed, I love her! I'm sure every customer is here thanks to her:the day she leaves will be the day no one comes back.

Rooms are nice sized, and kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and shopping. Always accommodating. This is my third week staying here, and all has been great! Natasha, the lady at the check in desk is awesome. Great customer service, and she enjoys her job from what I’ve seen so far. By far one of the nicest weekly stay hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Will be back next time I need a place.

Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the same area. The room I was in was very clean. The lady at front desk, Paige, was very friendly and professional. I had a question for a young lady name Natasha, she was very sweet, professional and helpful. In the past this place has had a bad wrap but it seems to me that with some new and improved employees over the past year or so this place has turned around and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fair priced, clean room with very friendly and helpful staff.

I've reviewed this place when first came couple months ago. Had a couple of problems but they were attended to and dealt with in great response. The place is quite has nice rooms newly remodeled and great staff. Very attentive to the cleaning of the grounds. Very safe the jtown police regularly monitor the area. Cozy place Paige the property manager and her team are all great. They will help you with anything you need. I hope you too decide to stay here and I know you will have a wonderful experience! Nice quiet safe place with on site security all the staff are very nice and honest and straightforward. Camron has been a big help to me if I needed anything he helped me very nice stand up guy

Before we booked our room yesterday, I read the reviews and so many made me pause... Until I spoke with a lady at front desk named Destiny Stewart. She has been accommodating and professional in every way. She helped me from checking in early.... Which she did not have to do...to sending the maintenance man Mark to set my t. v. up in a very prompt manner. I watched her deal with extreme professionalism dealing with a loud and very rude "tenant" here. The housekeeping staff and everyone is the best! My room... Regardless if what others have said in reviews.. Is clean and cozy. If you want a great place to stay at a great price... In a fine location of DaVille... Stay here! You won't regret it!😊

The staff are very helpful and kind. I had a nice experience. Rooms are fresh and clean and upon arrival. Will definitely repeat if needed. Thanks to the manager and the staff for going out of their way for people's comfort and well being.

Everyone has been very helpful during my 4 month plus long stay. I wanted to give a special thanks to a young lady named Taylor who does maid service here. I’ve run into her in the middle of my work day a few times and just happened to show up while she was cleaning the room. She’s always been very sweet, attentive to what she’s doing and making sure to ask if there was anything that she could get me. Mostly I like her smile and her sincerity. So Great Job kid!

Was very apprehensive because of the low rates and my husband and I had been to several other hotels in Louisville the past few days and was thoroughly disappointed each time but not today! Not only was it a cheaper rate but it immediately felt like home. A young lady named Tasha was extremely patient with me and had no problem when I had to pay with different forms because my card didn't cover the total. She was friendly and answered all my questions as well as making suggestions on some things I wasn't completely sure about. After the last place, which we left 2 hours after checking in because it was just so bad we couldn't stand it , we needed a "Tasha" to ensure us that the customer is important and we were wanted there. The room is a bit small, but cozy is a good word. Very clean and everything is up to date and in working order. I also would lije to mention Chris, while working the very busy front desk hes always cakm and patient, always giving his full attention one custoner at a time and always with a kind word! The entire staff, housekeeping included, really act as though they are happy to help us anytime, it felt more like home than a cold hotel. I would just like to say Thank you Hometown, you guys nailed it!

The Wi-Fi here is really bad and the office is closed on Sunday. What is a person supposed to do if they go somewhere and when you get back your key is expired. My key goes out a lot because it's like a credit card with a magnetic strip and they don't put enough time on it. My TV went out and they said they put in a service order but no one came so I had to get someone to fix it. I'm not usually someone who complains but I have to vent on this place.

Ive been here 6 weeks now and absolutely no complaints. Tasha and Chris are wonderful and will help u in way they can. My room was clean and housekeeping comes once a week. Its quiet and convenient to everything
