The salesman was able to answer my questions and he was not pushy at all. He was very helpful. I ended up purchasing my first ever pair of Red Wing's, which were the non-steel toed work boot. I have been wearing them for a week now and am very pleased. This will not be my last pair by any means.

Very friendly staff, they took care of my old boots with oil while I waited there. They put me on their Ultimate Fit Profile machine and it worked perfectly. The boots I purchased fit great.

I came in, minutes before close. Nora, was welcoming and extremely helpful. Wasn’t rushed. She deserves as more than 5 stars

My husband is so very happy with his work boots. He thought the way you all measured and suggested insole supports was bull. But he is a true believer now!!

So I needed some boots. I’m on my feet 12 hours a day and my legs have been killing me lately. I decided to stop into red wing to just give it a look. I was greeted with a no pressure guy who was asking a bunch of questions about what I was looking for and what I was walking on and how many hours and any preferences that I had. I want slip on and comfort. Complete overkill I thought. Wrong. So 21st century Al Bundy (in a complementary way) has me standing on this thing that scans my feet from every angle known to man and recommends a pair of boots for me. I told him size 12. He says no. Your 11.5. Whatever. He comes back with both sizes and has me trying on the 12 first. He checked my feet and says now try these. The guy was like a foot god. I walked out with the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever worn. My feet don’t hurt and my legs aren’t sore. Hats off to red wing and the boots they make and the knowledge that the guys have. You think you know your feet but go get fitted. All the difference! Not just a shoe/boot store. I can’t say enough good about my experience. I will definitely recommend my friends and coworkers visit

Drove 35 minutes for some chicken wings and turns out these mf sell shoes. Still copped a pair of black forces tho

It was great. The gentleman was friendly. Welcomed me and asked about my work. He had me jump on a machine to measure my feet, he made sure the shoes fit, and checked me out. He definitely helped me make a great decision for work shoes. Thank you sir

Phenomenal service, the guy who was working couldn't be more down to earth. And he's as polite as he is knowledge on boots. (I say that in a good manor) i picked a pair a boots against his suggestions, and he just let me know that if I had an issue with them yo bring em back and we could swap em out. And I did. Lol. Just a no hassle/no hustle kinda place. It's hard to find respectable businesses like that in today's world. Ha.

This is the place to go when looking for workboots! The owner cares about the product and wants you to have the best boot for your need! They may be a little pricey but you will have them for years so in the long run much cheaper

Great service and quality products. Karen and Steve were both working and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus everything I have bought here has lasted longer than anything else very durable!10/10 will be back
