Great service & location..one of the top self service car washes in Louusville. I went to 3 car washes to tidy up after the rent snow all the car washes had a 30+ minute wait. Drove a few minutes to Mike’s and we be using Mike’s as my go to car wash. Also, great $2 eight minute vac

Love this place! I had the monthly membership when I was in Indy and was so glad to see them come to Louisville. Keeping my car clean is easy here and for the number of times I wash my car it’s really reasonably priced. I wish there were more locations in Louisville, or Lexington, but overall I’m satisfied! My car has been there many times and is usually about 98% clean after going through it. Never have had any issues and the people are great! The app is also easy.

They are open when it's cold! I went to 15 other car washes trying to wash salt off. Mikes is the only place open when it's cold. So if you need to wash salt off don't waste your time anywhere else come here! I recently got a membership at take 5. They are never open. So mikes has my business from now on!

Dear Mike - just be glad I’m not in the car wash business or I would hire away from you your lady that was training a new employee yesterday. You have the best car wash EVER but it’s your staff that really shines!

Never washed my car in the years I’ve had it. Lots of soot on my roof (it’s a deisel car). Went to Mike’s and got the Basic $9 wash and the guy working informed me that if it didn’t all come off I could go back through again free of charge. Not everything came off the first go through so I went through again and the attendant even did an extra scrub on my roof to make sure it all came off. Was super impressed with the service at Mike’s and was greatly pleased with how the two people working made sure my car was in tip-top shape!

First time going to Mikes. Went to the one on Hurstbourne and was had a really positive experience. Will visit again when I'm in the area. My car looks like I hand washed it!

Love Mike's Carwash. I purchase the 'buy 4, get 7' for the winter months when I can't hand-wash myself. The wash gets my truck clean and even more surprisingly my wheels get clean. Nice staff too.

I had something horrible on the front of my car that spilled from some truck on the highway. Once I informed staff of my concern of the difficulty to get it off, Matt took extra time to ensure it came off. After I went through the wash he took another look to be sure the front of the car was better. I appreciate the team there and the extra care they give to their customers.

Used Mike’s car wash for the first time
Today. Inexpensive vacuums, only $2 for 8 minutes. You can use a credit card as well which is convenient. Additionally they give you two vacuums, one on each side, so you don’t have to mess with feeding the dirty tubing through your car. Definitely a plus!

Phenomenal car wash! Apparently the design of my side mirrors makes it hard for most washes to rinse them well but Mike's left no soap dripping. My wheels were horrible and came out cleaner than when I go though others. Thanks!
(I think I need a monthly pass!)

Great place. I love this type of car wash. I cleaned out and vacuumed my car and then when I drove up they sprayed it down. That helps so much. I was really impressed that they had recycling not just trash cans. Definitely taking my car back again.

Quick question and I figured you of all people would know the correct answer I have one of the small coupon type carwash ticket books I was wondering if they can be used at any Mike's carwash and do they expire?

LOVE Mikes car wash!! I paid someone $200 to clean my car the other day!! Looked like it just got out of Mikes Car wash!! No joke!! They did just as good as they do!! $20 wash goes a long way guys!!

I use this location exclusively. The wash cycle has multiple wash mats, and covers the vehicle with sudsing solution. Employees are over the top courteous. Vacuum stations are spacious & do a good job

I was able to get a car wash and vacuum my entire car in less than 15 mins. The vacuum is pretty good and it's only $2 for 8 mins which was more than enough time for me. The vacuum stations also take credit cards.

It was below zero today and these guys were out washing cars. I neglected to wash the mud off my Jeep and had to get out with the family today and it was a mess for everybody. In a panic I found that Mike’s was actually open. I felt like a jerk pulling in with my mud covered Jeep (I know it’s rude) but they just smiled the whole time they were prewashing the mud clods off in -10 degree weather. Unreal service. I tried to offer a tip because I know I was a difficult customer but they wouldn’t accept; just kept smiling and thanked me for my patronage. This is definitely the place to go; you will not find better service.

Phenomenonal! After the first time through the wash, I had some remaining stubborn bugs on the grill. When I went back through the second time, they were SUPER NICE! TOP NOTCH! They took extra attention to detail and were eager to please. I will definitely be back!!
