Carali's Rotisserie Chicken

Some delicious chicken and margaritas!! It was super tender and seasoned well! Their sauces were amazing! Their Cilantro Rice and Black Bean sides paired perfectly together with the chicken. I recommend any of their sauces but their Carali’s sauce was my favorite! I must try their empanada next!

Wow! The food was absolutely phenomenal!

My wife and I went there around 2, this past Saturday. There weren't many people there when we arrived and was able to order right away. She got the 1/4 white with sweet potato fries and corn, with I had the Crazy Lomo with the Chaufa Rice and Yuca fries. Cilantro/Jalapeño sauce and the Aji sauce are great with everything. I also had a really good sangria.

Good presentation, amazing flavor, great service, polite staff.

We did see about 10 people come in after us for dine-in and a to-go order, all at about the same time, and it seemed like everyone got served quickly.

I've been to 4 of their locations, and the quality and experience is consistent. Absolutely love this place.

Love this place! Chicken is so well seasoned and fresh every time! No one can compete with the sauces here. My favorite chicken spot.

I highly recommend this place, the food was hot and delicious.
We ordered a Whole chicken with three sides, the chicken came cut into four parts. The Yuca Bites are like deep fried potatoes with a cheese center. The rice was similar to a dirty rice. We really enjoyed it, will definitely be back.

Absolutely LOVE Carali’s! Their Lomo Wrap and their chicken are incredibly flavorful. The rice is always cooked to perfection and we loveeee the cilantro rice! The green sauce is my absolute favorite out of the three, but all are good. The portions are great on the combos. We are always full by the time we finish.

I usually place my order online and pick up in store. It’s super convenient and the Toast service allows me to get points whether I order online or in the store. It’s awesome. They also allow you to order to go sauces for your meal online, which is fantastic. I would say that they don’t seem to fill the cups more than like.. a quarter inch or maybe a little more so you wanna order a lot of cups. Not a reason to be upset, just a suggestion for your to go order happiness.

You should go here. It rules. Everyone has been nice. It’s clean. It is pretty inside. Just go!

Awesome experience eating here. Little pricey but well worth it for the quality food and atmosphere compared to other places. Great food, great service, great experience. Thanks to the staff and management for a nice place to eat. We will be back for sure!

Nice folks, outstanding food. The chicken empanadas were hot, crispy and delicious. The yuca bites were fresh and tasty, especially with the excellent Ahi Amarillo sauce. The Maduro plantains were a sweet and yummy counterpoint to the empanadas. Loved every bite!

If I could give 10 stars I would I love this place, and all other locations I've tried very fresh very good and always consistent. This is truly a respectable eatery.

This place was terrific! The chicken is much like Yummy Polo but that's where the similarities end. The fried plantains are the best I've ever had, including some very high end restaurants. And the fried rice! Goodness. So many things in there. A meal by itself. And not dried out like many other places. Honestly, this place is top notch.

The food was hands down the best I have had from a place o would have never thought would be good.

My family and I went there for a dinner. I ordered a 1/2 chicken all white dinner with sweet potato fries and fried rice. My chicken was juicy and hot and both of my side dishes were tasty. This was my very first visit there since they opened and I'll definitely go back. The guy worked at the counter was excellent 👌.

I like the atmosphere a lot here. The rotisserie chicken is so good. We also ordered the sweet potato fries, which I really enjoyed. Their sauces pair nicely with the flavor of the chicken (and fries).
It's definitely worth a visit. Next time, I'll get pictures.

The best chicken in Louisville.

I've eaten true pollo ala brasa in Peru more times than I can remember, and Carali's is every bit as good. It had been a while since my last visit, and if anything, they seemed to have significantly upped their game. The yuca bites are almost like a Peruvian cheese curd; absolutely delicious.

The chaufa rice is good (if not great), but customers certainly aren't lacking for options when it comes to sides. You'd have to go every day for a week to try them all.

It is always a pleasant experience for me. The staff are always pleasant and the service is quick. The food is always tasty. The price is great for how tasty it is.

Chicken is always good. Recommend yucca fries, plantains, green beans, and chauffa rice.

My wife and I love this place. The Tostones con polio are great. Even though it is on the menu as an appetizer it is more than enough for a meal.

This place is my favorite spot for lunch. It's a little pricey but the chicken is gourmet. I get the side of soup because it rings up just under $5 and I get it in seconds. The soup is simple, flavourful and rejuvenating. The only reason I don't give this place a perfect score is because their dining room is large and I prefer smaller togo style restaurants.

Love this place. Both times coming here the food has been delicious.

I had the empanadas and plantain. Both were awesomene. I will return.
