Great service!

Service is really good and I enjoy the process of getting my packages from them.
However, every time I have gotten a package, it takes them anywhere from 1-3 days to process it into the system after it's been delivered to them.
If there was a way to streamline their process, this would be 5 stars!

Service is good but it takes multiple days to get a package after it’s been delivered, very annoying.

The workers here truly are doing their best but they definitely have too much on their plate. Over 1000 students get their mail from here and it can take weeks to actually get packages that were delivered the day after they were ordered. I once almost had to be hospitalized due to the fact that my medicine was shipped there and it was not given to me because they had not been able to get to it yet due to their influx of packages. It’s truly the university failing it’s students especially due to the fact that some dorms actually have their own mail rooms, and are all forced to use canon due to the university’s business deal that literally helps no one accept for themselves

Dreadful, I understand that the workers do their best and that their workload is huge. Still an awful experience, to receive YOUR OWN StUFF it can take several days.
