Dunkin'

The best customer service I've ever received from anywhere is this dunkin donuts. I can't say this enough, and I can't tell enough people how amazing the staff here is. I go here every morning/afternoon through the week while I'm at work and the customer service given to me has been nothing but perfect. I've only been through the drive through but the way these ladies work I'm sure it's clean. Drive thru is always fast and easy to order. The worker always repeats the order back to me and my food is always great. The only down fall I can think of is the hashbrowns are soft. I like crunchy hashbrowns, some may like them soggy but I think it's the grease because it also has a odd taste. The coffee is great. I've finally bought dunkin donut ground coffee for my the weekends when I'm not near this dunkin donuts. Also they offer breakfast all day.

I was surprised at how good the breakfast sandwich was. The price was high but not bad considering how much everything else is. The service at this location was mixed. I did not enjoy the drive through service but the next day the service at the counter was good. This is not in the best neighborhood but the store was clean and staff friendly.

Employee was very patient and kind as I made my choices. Truly loved his kind spirit and soft voice. Picking out 2 dozen different donuts can be hard at times 😅

This was a long overdue review but a big shoutout to Laura who extremely nice and hardworking. She gives out very nice suggestions if you are confused on what to order. I used to work nearby and absolutely loved going to get an iced coffee. Nikki does a very good job as a manager! Keep up the good work!!

This is the best place within walking distance of the Days Inn that we stayed at last night. It's way cleaner and the staff is way less creepy too. Dunuts were fresh, and drinks were exactly what we wanted. The only reason we would never return is that my family and I are just passing through on our way to our son's out of state wedding.

The woman who works at night is so nice. She always is patient while waiting for me to scan my app(rewards program) She is often the only employee working and is still very kind! I don't really like their coffee but only went for the free t-mobile Tuesday offer. really cannot say enough about how nice of an employee she is!

My daily Dunkin’ is one of my favorite things period. The ladies there are an absolute delight. Often, they actually make my day… very often. I work third shift (nobody’s favorite). The moment I get away I stop to see my ladies and get THE MOST AMAZING ICED COFFEE around!!!

This was by far the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to. The customer service was the best! The man that made our drinks was so helpful and hilarious!! Answered all of my questions and just made our experience awesome. The young lady that took our order was so sweet too!! I can't remember their names but our visit was on 8/23/21 @ 1:30pm. We live in Danville, KY and don't have a Dunkin in our town so we stop when we find one and I am telling you, this one was the best!!! Great job guys!!

Though I cannot imagine that the corporate suits back in Canton, Ma love the have to be dismal numbers... this location has become somewhat of a sanctuary for me. The quiet Is nice for me to get my writing done and the top notch service that young Nathan provided for me was the Pinnacle of customer service. I couldn't have asked for a nicer more well put together team in that place. They certainly know how to make a stranger feel at home. I will return here often for just this reason if nothing else.

I love their donuts & their coffee is good also. It was clean. Most of the time, like this visit, the employees are very courteous. We were there a couple months ago & the last employee who rang us up was quite rude.

I had not tried Dunkin in the past. After Starbucks closed in our area, I thought Id give it a try. The beverages are really delicious. Drive thru is pretty quick and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing.

First time trying dunkin. Got the bacon egg cheese Croissant it was hot and delicious as were the hashbrowns. Were out of my fav donut but tried some new ones they were good. Line was long but went quick. Didn't get drinks this time.

I’ve been to this place multiple times and absolutely love them. I value friendly, down home customer service and that’s what I usually get. Sometimes they have people who aren’t sure of what they’re doing but they try their darndest. Do they have the best donuts? No. Right in the middle (better than Kroger, not as fatty and delicious as Krispy Kreme). The basic drinks seem as decent as Starbucks and usually priced a little better. For someone looking for great coffee (I recommend Dunkin Dark), a good donut, and friendly, down home service, I highly recommend this location. 👍
