This Lowe’s is awesome! This Lowes was very clean, no lines of course self checkout but Employees were Respectful an Helpful. Did purchase heaters for a great price. They have a Wonderful Christmas Selection. Would definitely Recommend This Location.

Always get great service here and rarely do they not have what I need. It can be a little expensive, but I think that's just home improvement in general. The Lowes brand items are pretty affordable and are good quality. Store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate.

I bought a natural gas water heater and my purchase experience was good. Natasha, the head cashier, was exceptional!

Actually had employee assistance inside Lowe's. Service, atmosphere and cleanliness was great. Prices are competitive.

Staff actually walked me to the aisle where what I needed was, then answered my questions. Was clean and well stocked. Good experience

Seems to be well stocked, like all big box home improvement stores there is never any knowledgeable employees.

Here we have a lowes bucket, which was extremely valuable for carrying water to mix the concrete for our footer. The cinder blocks came from Lowes, as did all the wood, it's a diy'ers dream. Plus, it's super close and convenient. Staff here is top notch and they always are willing to help.

Clay was amazing & professional. I had a last-minute unexpected situation & he helped me tremendously.

I bought 25 tomato cages and other plants and vegetables.

Update: Service and staff are returning to the standards I have come to know. Great job today! Usually great service, however, today not so much. Tons of vest-wearing employees working, but no one with answers or keys to get locked up items for purchase. After at least 5 employees saying, "let me find someone to help you", I opted Home Depot for my money today.

Lowe's was fully stocked and employees were very willing to assist. I used self check out and all went well. Store was very clean.

We were in need of a new refrigerator because our 4 year old Samsung is dying a slow death. We went into their appliance department looking for anything but a Samsung replacement early in the morning. Brenda, the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable while answering all of our questions. We left, going to another store to check options, but came back to Lowe's. When we came back, Brenda stated she was glad we returned since she didn't get our number and she now had 2 delivery openings for the next day. Since we were going to be living out of a cooler, this was awesome news. We ended up not only purchasing a new replacement refrigerator from Lowes, but an over the stove convection oven/microwave. We will be going back in November to purchase the matching suite of appliances (dishwasher and gas stove), because of the service we received, the truthful answers on products and the assistance on delivery. They also have a price match guarantee, but were the lowest price around anyway. Lucked in to a short sale on appliances that goes on until October 31st.

They are great always have what I want and now they sell my favorite brand Milwaukee

I was replacing a Delta shower cartridge 1300 and 1400 series tub shower valve cartridge. I look up a video on YouTube and it suggested this part Trump either Home Depot or Lowe's. Well, I went to Home Depot (the one on Preston Highway in Louisville Kentucky) first and they DID/DO NOT carry this part. (However, the helper at Home Depot said that the one on Hurstbourne Parkway and the one in St. Matthews, Kentucky carried the part I needed but I was kind of in a hurry and didn't want to go that far.) So, I had no choice but to go to Lowes (next to the Cinemark 🎥 theater off Preston Crossings) to get the part. Lowe's not only carried the part but they had it seemed like two to three maybe four in stock. I am so glad and enthused and relieved that Lowe's has this part that I desperately needed. Thank you loads and God bless you. Oh, also appreciate the military discount. Again, thank you and God bless you Lowe's may you always keep up with the parts that people need.

*Note- I put the part that I changed in package that the new part came in. So if your bathtub or shower is dripping leaking then I suggest, well that is if you have a Delta, then this is what you will need. (See photos below or from this post)
