I was assisted by Nick at this location. He provided excellent customer service! A+++ He helped me through the entire process of purchasing a canoe from decision-making to mounting it on my vehicle. He went above and beyond! The customer service he provided was top notch...you don't find that much anymore.

Let me preference by saying I live an hour and a half away and nothing in my small town is comparable for sports equipment.. anyways I ordered a baseball helmet for curbside pick up.. never got to see the item till I was about 30 mins away on my way to baseball practice when i noticed the helmet had defects.. upset I reached out to them through feedback section.. they got back to me IMMEDIATELY. More so the manager I think her name was Leah. Got me a new helmet over night shipped to my house in time for the next practice today. The effort that she put in. Wow I’ll forever do all my sports shopping here now… not curbside tho. 😂 but definitely inside. They go above and beyond. Best customer service I have EVER received. EVER. I now have one happy kiddo.

Had a issue with a online order which had to be sent back and refunded. Went in today to pick up a new deer stand, spoke with the manager Logan explained the situation and he honored the price that I originally bought the stand for online. 10/10 customer service, Thank you Logan for being so helpful.

Great customer service! Walked in 15 minutes before closing and staff helped get what my 12 yr old needed. He got Underarmor 🏈 gloves and this hideous (mom words) gold mouth piece.... 😂

We picked up an order that we placed and although they have taken out their on line station, we were able to get our order with no problem. Without the station, they have to call management. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional.

Clean store, organized and very helpful staff. All masked up, good on you guys. I was told they had airsoft stuff but they don't, neither does Oxmoor. Oh well.

I was so excited when I ordered a white Nike sweatshirt for my son that he wanted for Christmas. When I received it in the mail it had a large stain on it!! I was upset thinking that I wouldn't be able to replace it in time for Christmas. I went to the store on Hurstbourne and was blessed to be helped by Sydney. She took care of the problem efficiently and patiently. I was so thankful to have had her help. Received the new sweatshirt in the mail in plenty of time for Christmas, thanks to Sydney, she rocks!!!

I went in looking for my 4yr old cleats, didn't have his size. The awesome guy working the shoe department helped me order a pair for him and did it all for me. I needed help finding shorts with not pockets for my older son, so another sales associate helped me, couldn't find any but called someone else to ask, she helped me find him a pair. Thank you so much for all the help!

Found all sport goodies under one roof. Lacking coupons from website, or that would get me returning to spend more. A simple 5% coupon at check out would definitely buy my loyalty, like something Michael's is doing.

Didnt have the size i needed but Jared went out of his way to try and find it for me. He also offered to show my son how to use the lock that we also bought.

Friendly service. Clean store. Lots of options. Pricey, but to be expected with a store like this.

Fast service. Large selection of baseball items that I was looking for. Little more pricey than Academy, but I think they have more to choose from.
