O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

The food was decent. But the service I got from my server Kristina was amazing. She was super nice and she stayed on top of the drinks and any other stuff we asked her to do for us. I think there should be more servers in the restaurant industry that works and nice like Kristina. Thank you Kristina at the O'Charley's off hikes lane, Louisville,KY for your dedication to your job and the hard work you did for me and my family.

I went into O’Charley’s last night for dinner. I orders the burger and chicken tenders combo meal. The dinner rolls you get when you get sat are really nice and they give you butter on the side. The waiter i had was really nice and was friendly and fast. When the food came it wasnt a long wait only about 5-8 minutes and when the food got there it was really nice and hot and tasted really good and it was overall just a really nice experience

My first time eating at this place and it was an awesome experience. The food was good, it stayed hot, after 15 minutes I had it in front of me. The dinner rolls are to die for. It’s like biting on cloud. Good place to dine!

Great lunch/dinner with the ladies! Waitress was on point for my sweet tea! Food so good I'm full! Chicken tender nacho and grilled chicken and pineapple bowl was awesome!

Got the salad I ordered wrong. But sent me food voucher in the mail for next time. The potato soup was excellent. And even though the salad was not the correct one it was still very good. I believe the woman I talked to was Marie she was very helpful.

Waitress was great! Food was delicious. My steak was a little under cooked. Wanted med rare and I think it winked at me but they cooked it a bit more lol.

I'd like to edit my original post. The General Manager kindly called me and asked me to come back and try them again. I am SO glad we did! Friday night is the night to go! The bread was soft and sweet and nothing resembling a hockey puck. The appetizer was delicious as was our food, and the service was phenomenal! I'm going to keep my original post up so you can see what good customer service looks like! I could not be happier with how this was handled and we will absolutely go back soon! Thank you O'Charley's!

Absolutely awful. For the amount of money I paid, the food was obviously over cooked and microwaved. The potatoes were gluey and I made the mistake of ordering the breaded shrimp. My sons, who aren't picky at all, barely touched their food. The waitress was awesome, but the hostess was rude and pushy, and added something to my bill without my permission. We will NOT be going back.

If you want the nostalgic throwback of a lifetime this O’Charley’s is for you. There was only 1 server on a Sunday afternoon but there weren’t a ton of people there so the service was fast and the potato soup taste just like you remember. This is November 2023 and this O’Charley’s is still definitely kickin.

Leiah helped me with my to go order. Fantastic taste balsamic grilled chicken with asparagus, sweet potatoes and those yummy rolls. They have free pie on Wednesdays, but I don't dine in. Thank you good service and food.

When you travel for work, it can be challenging to find healthy & friendly budget lunches. Highly recommend this place for lunch and it’s delicious. A chain restaurant like this particular location - O’Charley’s is worth a try!

I hadn't visited an O'Charles in quite some time. It was a working lunch with coworkers. The chicken tenders were delicious.

One of the best family oriented restaurants. Great staff and great service. A wide variety of food menu options for the whole family. Then also the options of drinks, cocktails, & bar menu for individuals who like additional items on the menu. Great place to eat.

The food was very good with good sized portions for the price. The rolls were delicious. All of the food was very well seasoned. Our waitress was very personable and attentive.

Surprisingly the best steak I've ever had anywhere. The salad was fresh and crispy. Pairing with the Island Margarita made it extra special. Plus, the service was outstanding.

The 3 of us really enjoyed our meal here. I had the grilled chicken breast with teriyaki sauce, a baked potato and broccoli. My husband had the fish and chips and my sister-in-law had the California chicken salad. All were just great. Service was prompt and attentive and we loved the warm rolls. Definitely a go to place for an occasion or just any old day.

Food and service were great! I had the fish and chips. My wife and son had the chicken tenders dinner. Lance was our server and did a great job. Many O'Charlies have really gone downhill or closed. It was very nice to get a great meal from one again.

Ordered a Chicken Alfredo family meal for dinner (on a Wednesday) through the O’Charleys app and they made me select a whole pie for Free Pie Wednesday! Appetizer was free as well, due to signing up for the O’Charley’s club! Beat night ever! And this salad and pasta is delicious!

Service was perfect! I always like a waiter/waitress that fulfill their operating role. It's that's simple. I left happy so it means they did their job
