Every experience is different coming to this location. Like tonight Blue raspberry freeze was made instead as blue raspberry slushy and just takes extra time to have them be remade with the ice-cream to make a freeze. The service and people working there are always nice and friendly.

Walked in, ordered burger, came out quick, sat outside, left. Good food.

Meal and blizzard made perfect and quickly. Elizabeth, Sadie, and the rest of the crews were able to make my groups order fast and accurately while handling a chaotic night. That crew was awesome! The District Manager should be proud of the employees working this store!

Great Mr.Misty Cherry slush. Little too expensive though at $2.79 for a small cup.

We only had to go to this location, off Hurstbourne exit of I-64, because yesterday's storms and insane winds had knocked out power to the Middletown location. There was an item I wanted to add after i arrived to pick up and she comped it for no necessary reason other than great customer service because it was an item on their menu but that i couldn't order via mobile app at their store location (the amazing shamrock rainbow sprinkles fruity pebbles shake i call it). Her name was Kya or Nya; great patience all day by her with me and what seemed like way more customers than usual with Middletown being closed! Keep up the great job. Everything was exactly why we love DQ!

Called them with a last minute breakfast takeout order. Eli was great. He didn't just say no, he made sure it happened. A few minutes later I picked it up and my order was perfect, hot, and Eli was very professional. An asset to that store! Thanks, Eli!!

Friendly customer service. Went there for Misty Slush/Freezes on a muggy day. Drive thru attendant was super quick and friendly. I'm glad the pandemic didn't hurt this location too badly. It's our go to spot.

Employees are almost always friendly, polite and greet customers kindly. Orders are rarely wrong which is a big thing because a lot of fast food places seem to get orders wrong anymore. We love this Dairy Queen above any others in the area!

Best Dairy Queen by far, dining room closed. We was in the 18 wheeler so we just couldn't go thru the drive thru like everyone else. I called them to ask and she didn't even hesitate at saying of course. They had 2 workers she said because she couldn't get anyone to work. I hope she got great workers like her and her coworker.

The food always tastes fresh for breakfast. They have quick biscuits and gravy that taste great! The staff is very friendly and nice. They also are very efficient and can serve quickly. I always use the drive thru and my orders are never wrong. This is a good fast food style restaurant.

Best place by far. I drive a Tractor Trailer and can't go many places to eat. My wife and I stopped here Saturday the lobby was closed and she called to ask if we could come through drive thru. The employee said absolutely no problem and it wasn't a problem at all. They was nice as can be as my wife stood outside their drive thru window to get us food. Thank you so much, it means more than people realize.

Misha is the bomb diggity here! Service with a smile is what she offers, and let me tell you,that's a rarity these days! She's young and professional,and gives her best. We loved our food. My daughter enjoys the sausage gravy dunkers here. I loved my country platter! We both adored Misha!

Best in Class at this location. Dedication to clean is second no other DQ. My wife found one lady in the ladies room scrubbing the walls which already looked pretty good. Fries were fresh from the deep-frier and the banana split was great.

We always enjoy a trip to DQ, but this time my dog max rode along. They gave him a pup cup of vanilla ice cream, and you have no idea how happy you made my little guy! Now everytime he goes for a ride he gets excited thinking he is getting more ice cream. I'm going to have to bring him back soon!!

The chicken strip basket is the best. Love the gravy! Also, had to get one of the iconic Blizzards - no way to pass that up! Efficient and friendly service.

Best ice cream cakes around! Ice cream cakes are the best gift to give when running out of gift ideas! Just be sure to double check that the receipt is not lactose intolerant.

They freaking killed it this time! I mean, the blizzard toppings went all the way to the bottom of the cup and my entire order was correct. This location was gotten a lot better
