Since when does the delivery person NOT release your food unless a tip is given . It clearly states on my receipt (online order) that I was charged a tip PLUS a delivery fee PLUS a service charge. Watch your receipt people!!!

The people that work at JJ's are awesome! Service is always accurate, helpful, and fast. As far as sandwiches go, they're pretty good; they could be better and other people do it better and that could be said the same as for the atmosphere. It's a go-to for my lunch downtown.

Always very good service when I come here for lunch. Very clean as well. Best deal in this part of downtown as far as cost goes. Greatly prefer it to other sandwich places.

Jimmy Johns sandwiches are amazing...but the real star is the employees at this location.
I was dumb today and ordered at the wrong store online. They volunteered to go get it for me and make it right while subtly taking the blame when I know that was my error. I'm a loyalist for life because that was above and beyond.

Great Tuna Sandwich. I highly recommend it.

Had 25 minutes during a layover at the Greyhound bus station. Food was delivered on bike in less than 8 minutes. Forgot my drink, went back to get it and still made it back before I had to leave. Great customer service and speed, especially for on a bicycle. Will be ordering from them next time I'm in the area!!

Very friendly staff. Very quick and clean. Was able to order through the app, select a time (around the time I'd get off the closest Tarc location) when I got there everything was ready, and not soggy, so they made it right before the time I gave. (Not like subway does) I was able to eat and relax before switching busses.

Excellent location from the Hyatt Regency on 4th Street; walking distance and right by the water fountains! The food is reasonable, selection good, and drink varieties are good too! You can eat inside or outside - both areas are clean and good to use.

I always order Jimmy John's from my office downtown. Not only are they the only ones who will deliver for only one person, but they are true to their reputation of crazy fast! My food has always been excellent and the service great.

We had placed a large order with another restaurant only to find out they cancelled our order without notification. We called Jimmy John's with a 15 minute time frame left before a meeting and had 12 sandwiches delivered in less than 10 minutes. They saved the day and our order was $20 cheaper than the other place.

I was in from out of town. Saw somebody's bag from Jimmy John's so I walked in the direction they were coming from. The deliciousness of the food and the great service was the same I've come to know and love at my HOM Jimmy John's, so I was glad to know that the quality transcends locations.

Placed an online order at 1119 and received it at 1131! The delivery person was very friendly and nearly running to get the food to the building! Also, the order was correct.

Food is delicious. I'm also very pleased with the delivery service. I placed an order 25 minutes ago and here I am eating my turkey tom! Excellent.

Just wished this place stayed open till 8pm. That way, I could grab a sub on my way home after work.

I Ordered The Lettuce-Wrapped Tuna Salad. Yummy.
