The evening crew is absolutely phenomenal! The morning guys not so much. But I would recommend them 10/10 every time. I have always had the BEST service! Super friendly, quick and efficient. They always explain everything so clearly, and never try to sell you something you do not need.

10 minutes to close and my wife and I pull up to the door because one of the new tires we purchased 2 days before registered low on the cars TPM. It just happened the construction staple she had picked up was readily visible from where the tech stood. Without batting an eye, the tech stated he'd get it fixed right away. He chose to stay late so her car would be ready for deliveries the next morning. Now, that's great service!

Martin, Tom, and Rodney are always kind and courteous, always willing to help and make sure things are done when promised. I have seen a lot of people come and go through this location but these are the guys that keep me coming back. Thank you for everything you do.

My car problems always occur unexpectedly on weekends.
Your choices are limited in finding a repair shoppe open on a sunday
After having a flat tire on saturday night i was worried about the condition of my spare that was put on by AAA
I called this place early sunday morning
The manwho took my call was extremely nice and helpfull.
I made an appointment for 3 pm snd was taken care of immediately
They looked at my tires and agreed i needed new ones all arou d as they were over 5 years old. The price was very good compared to what i had been quoted by other tire dealers. Ii agreed to have the work do e snd a few other things while i wss there he reccomended.
Not once did i feel like i was being taken advantage of .
I was in and out within 2 hours.
I was extremely satisfied with everyone that provided me the help i needed.
This will be my go to place ftom now on

Work is always good quality. Representatives ad mechanics are always friendly. Car repairs are always costly, I do realize this. I just wish it was a little more affordable. Representatives do use coupons and discounts when possible, but it is still hard for a single income family. I am a return customer, and Ave been using them for years.

Martin Kinney, the Service Manager, was absolutely phenomenal and went out of his way to offer quality service. I drove up from TN to have them do a pre-sale inspection on a 2008 Ford Econoline camper conversion van I was considering purchasing from a local dealership down the road a few weeks back. Martin took his time explaining so many things to me that the van was needing, and even shared insight on what to look out for when conducting business with the car dealership. I felt like he was genuinely looking out for my best interests, and I left feeling absolutely blessed by this man. He taught me so many things. With this being my first potential full size van, Martin explained things about the van that I should know, and after discovering that the van needed over $5,700 in parts, he even encouraged me to pass on the van, and did not try to just sell me tires. His assessment of the vehicle was honest and I truly wish he served here in my area. He was such a delight to talk to, and his passion to serve his customers in a meaningful way really showed. He even offered that I could always contact him if I ever had any questions back home about a vehicle or if I didn't feel a mechanic was doing right. The only reason it's taken me so long to write this review is because I've been recovering from pulled back muscles after my visit here, but I am so grateful to Martin Kinney, the Service Manager, as he truly saved me from making a poor van purchase. I am so glad I had them do a pre sale inspection first, and I really don’t understand the poor reviews given on here because I never had finer quality service. Martin took the time to connect with me and genuinely cared. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here. I'd come back with another vehicle to Martin Kinney anytime! I would even give beyond 5 stars if I could because his service was above and beyond any service you'll ever see these days.

I needed my brakes inspected last minute, and they were able to get my car in. The assured me my brakes were fine and didn't do any work or try to talk me into stuff I didn't need. That's so rare!! I'll be back.

Quick and friendly. Lost a tire during a road trip. They got me on the road quick!

Michel tires helped me out in kind of an emergency situation. I own a small family run body shop, I'm kinda new to Valley Station. One of my customers told me to go up to Michels they will help you out. So I did and my customer was right. I can't remember the two men in the office names but I will be back to bring all my mechanical work there.

Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Went to have tires put on one vehicle and they were up front with me by explaining why they couldn't do the task. But before we left we were made aware of the fact that the tires we wanted for our mustang were in very limited supply do to the fact they are that popular and could be on a 2 to 3 month backorder if not purchased very soon. So we left the mustang and having new tires put on tomorrow. Thank you Martin for being great at your job and making sure customers are taken care of.

Excellent Sevice. My car ran better after maintenance at Tire Plus than when I took it to the dealership. They thought they had to keep it over night but they were able to fix the issue, get me my car back the same day and save me money.
