Second time we've been here, I just came for the 15 pro max deal and ended up getting a great deal for three new phones and another line added at a great price. Both representatives were great and helpful. It's been great experience to come here Both times. Our bill barely changed and I felt pretty great with the representative who assisted me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

We came in today to get our phone changed out for my son, the representative was very knowledgeable and impressive with what he was able to accomplish for us. Instead of just upgrading the 1 phone, we ended up adding a new line, getting 3 phones and our bill barely changed. The customer service is always great and I would recommend this store to all my friends!

Marvin added a third line for me. He immediately made me feel welcomed. He is articulate, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with the best possible service at the best cost. I will request for him, should I ever need service again. He created the 5-star experience

Also, I would like to give a shout-out to Kyle M. He upgraded two of my phones and set me up with a watch. He expertly navigated my Sim card issues. He never quit until everything worked perfectly. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable in his field. 5-star experience. Would definitely recommend

I did an insurance claim for my phone. Got to the Verizon store for help transferring all my stuff over. The sales guys at the store were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They got me taken care of and were a great help. Thanks!!!!

I come here every time I have a problem with my phone. Also every couple three years when I need to get a new phone. It's always straightforward and to the point. Verizon actually helps you with your issues. They don't try to get rid of you or send you to customer service.
