Bingham Cyclery

We recently purchased ebikes that we had Bingham cyclery assemble. Their service was quick and they were so helpful with answering all of our questions as we are new to biking. The box that 1 of the bikes came in was damaged and a small part on the rack was missing. Bingham called the company and sent pictures of the box and quickly resolved the issue and got a new part, even though we were the ones that had ordered the bike from that company . Since then, we have been in a few times to have a flat tire repaired and it was done quickly so we could be on our way. They even did little extra things like tightening loose things. Just quickly checking things other than just fixing the tire.
They have definitely exceeded our expectations. Every one of their staff members we have had a good experience with. This is a great bike shop to do business with.

When i go to Bingham Cyclery for help with my Aventen Level, they all have been very helpful, professional, & personable. I have had new tubes & sleeves put in my tires, flat tires repaired. I have ordered new handlebars, they ordered it for me & put it on for me. Had the bike seasonally checked up, brakes, tires, chains, etc. I would go back there whenever I need help with my bike needs.

This week I had two of my older bikes repaired and tuned up, I was so excited to see them come back in such good shape. Andrew was amazing to work with, he went above and beyond when it came to advising me how to make the upgrades to improve performance. When I went back to pick up my bikes, Andrew helped me pick out a new e-bike for my spouse. He outfitted us with the perfect ride. I'm so glad we have experts right here in Ogden to assist and advise me with all my different needs. Thanks Andrew and Bingham Cyclery.

Awesome team here. Super nice guys. Came in because I noticed I had a leak during my commute home and my tire sealant had dried up.

Great service again for n my daughters 24” mtb! Through on some accessories real quick while we were there and then helped me pick out a gravel bike- always super nice and informational as I’m not very versed in the bike world. Love these kids!

Their team on site at the Ogden store is very knowledgeable and hands-on when it comes to servicing mountain bikes.

They were so helpful they met me at the door to help me with my bike and in 15 minutes my bike was ready to go and had even tighten my back wheel that was loose (that I wasn’t aware of) above and beyond customer service I would go back 10/10

Top notch service. My son's frame broke and Bingham took care of the warranty situation quickly and professionally. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic. I came in to get my tubeless tire refilled. They were very quick and reasonably priced. I thought I would have to drop off the wheel and come back, but they fixed it right away and saved me an extra trip.

I had tried to do business with BC several times over the years. I always felt rubbed the wrong way. Saturday, I walked into the store intending to do some market research and had such a great experiences with Andrew that I bought a bike there. When I got home, my receipt didn't seem right; I thought I'd been over charged. I called the shop and was treated so well over the phone that I was happy I called. Further, I paid the same price for my bike that is advertised all over the web. Thanks Andrew! Thanks Michelle!

I love my new Specialized Stumpjumper.

My stroller had a wheel that was not holding air. I brought it in to Bingham Cyclery and they diagnosed the problem, got me a replacement part and put it on for me! Excellent customer service! They made it so easy!

I just started going to Bingham's as my bike is a Specialized, the replacement of my stolen Trek. Twice in the last few weeks I've gone in there panicking as my MTB was broken (when is a broken bike not a panic situation?) Both times Chris worked on my bike and used magic and fairy dust to fix it within minutes! My other bike shop never treated me that way, I was a name on a list two weeks out. I'm a new fan!

I Loved my whole experience there. The respect they give you and the service was Amazing!! I will always recommend them. I got my bike back better than expected. 😍

This place is awesome! We had the best experience here, and people need to go here and support there business. Good costumer service goes a long way. I called them to see if they can fix my little girls bike, I did not purchase it here, they said of course bring it in. I had no appointment, and no keeping it for days, awesome! Then it only took like 5 minutes to fix, when I went to pay the guy said no worries it was an easy fix, just remember us when we need anything. So I want this review to tell people to buy from here, they have great costumer service, which is rare now!

Next level service! I called their Ogden store and asked about a specific bike I wanted. I wasn’t sure which size I needed. They brought in bikes from their other stores the next day. I went down and tried them out and bought one. It was great that they brought the bikes to me instead of making me drive around to their stores. Everyone I worked with there was great. I highly recommend them.

Both times I've been into the store the staff had been so helpful and kind. First time they didn't have a solution but gave me ideas and were so positive and help. So I came back with their suggestions and they were able to fix my problem in a very kind manner they answered all my questions and helped me get everything I needed for my bike. Will definitely go bake for any of my bike needs.

Haven’t lived in Utah for over a decade. Son’s bike broke during our short visit and Bingham was again our first choice. They cared about our situation and got the bike fixed quickly. Good to see some things stay the same. Happy to recommend and support the shop.

Javier was great! Asked me my name, referred to me by name the next day when I picked up my bike…super professional and super nice. Great experience.
