Staff was very helpful. They have a good return policy as well. Which I liked as I bought another pair of running shoes from another store who would not take them back even though they were never worn.

Austin helped me find the right shoe and in colors I liked. He listened to what I needed and want. It is pricey but well worth the money and worth the comfort to your feet after a long day standing on hard floors.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They measure your feet and make sure you get the shoes that are right for you! They also greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. They made sure all of my needs were taken care of!

Stopped by to get a foot scan for some new shoes for work. I stand and walk around all day at work. The scan helped with what shoes I needed and whether or not I needed any inserts. I ended up getting some nice Hoka Bondi 8’s along with some arch support inserts. I have used them for work and I come home after a long shift and my feet feel so good! So comfortable and not too tight/loose. No pain at all. And yes they were on the pricier side but I think it’s worth it for the comfort and quality. Also, shoes last a long time. And, great salespeople!

Came at the end of the day and still received superb service. We are both going to do the Ogden Half Marathon so new shoes are a must. We had a great experience here last year so we are back again. Got our feet scanned and sized right. After a few choices we settled on our new shoes. Tyson was great to work with, even though he is from Idaho. Highly recommended.

I am always impressed with the help and knowledge of the staff here at fleet feet. They work so hard to help you find the exact shoe you want that fits you the best, with patience, explaining the difference of each shoe to learn what type of shoe you are liking and then bringing more out like that until you can find your perfect fit.

Kevin at Fleet Feet is likely the greatest shoe salesman of this generation. High tech foot scanning and salesman who literally walk the walk make this store unlike any other. Any adult with feet ought to give them a try.

My daughter got a perfect pair of walking shoes. Her feet were always hurting until she couldn't even walk her dog very far. Now she walks and runs her and no painful feet.

The guy who helped me asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. I walked out of the store with the right pair of shoes for my running. I learned a little about my feet in the process. I'll be returning for more after 600 to 700 miles.

The guy who helped me was wonderful! He listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and offered a few great options. Also they measure you feet with this cool machine and it helps to find the best size and kind of shoe. Bought some ASICS and I love them!! Lots of great choices there too.
