En ocasiones fin de semana el cajero no tiene operaciones

I had a terrible experience with a banker there. Dana was super rude and didn’t give me any paperwork after opening an account there. I never got an email from them and never even received any login information. All she gave me was receipt for the initial deposit and a bad attitude. I do not recommend the branch beside Jefferson Mall.

I have been a Truist customer (and its predecessor owners) for 30+ years. I made an appointment online to see someone today at the Jefferson Pavilion branch about getting a saving account now earning 0.01% changed to an interest-bearing account. When I arrived, the tellers had no idea what I what I was talking about, and said they do not have access to the online scheduling to make an appointment. I was unable to see anyone to get the account changed. So I'll be moving all of my accounts to L&N. Its a hassle to change everything, but Truist isn't even trying to provide customer service anymore.

Wow. From the looks of things in the comments, all the things I could say about this location have already been said. But, I started with this chain when it was BB&T in Western Kentucky. Good, dependable, friendly staff in Western Kentucky. I moved to Louisville and day turned to night with this location. The location near Hillview on Preston is no improvement. Some months ago, they left me hanging so much on a matter related to my account that I had to call the branch manager at the location I started with in Western Kentucky to get help. Pull your business from this location and any of the others in Louisville. Vote with your feet and go elsewhere. If they can't get it together, they don't need to exist as a bank.
