Friendly and courteous along with being easy drive to location. I was advised of a recall for my Mini Cooper that I wouldn’t have known about if it wasn’t for Turning Wenches. Well satisfied with repairs. A nice personal touch leaving bottled water and Chocolate chip cookies as a treat! Very impressive.

Where do I even begin? Let's start simple with the comfortable couch in their waiting area. Wow! I can see how anyone can easily fall asleep while sitting on that, I didn't, but I can see it happening. The 2 1/2 hours in the morning waiting for my car to be complete did not drag on, and I feel the couch played a part in it.

Stephen was fantastic from the very beginning. Communication was excellent, and he was able to get me in for an early morning oil change. Okay, not me, but my BMW. The inside of the office was spotless. I know that not many probably even look for that, but it was noticed as to how clean it was being kept. Coffee was being offered as well. Service easily exceeded my expectations even after seeing those great reviews. All findings were gone over and explained, and detailed estimates for any future work were provided.

Car came back with the front vacuumed, cold bottle of water waiting for me and a pack of chocolate chip cookies as well. The car smelled great, and the windows seemed to have been cleaned as well. I will definitely be returning to them for future repairs and maintenance.

Mini Cooper, BMW and Mercedes owners…. if you are looking for a local repair shop I highly recommend Turning Wrenches! I just had some work done on my Mini and I thought they were very honest and great to work with. Work was completed timely, came in a little under the estimate and my car was clean when I picked it up. I won’t be driving to Cincinnati to the dealer for service anymore!!

Right from the start I received fantastic customer service. Blake went over everything with me and my warranty work being done and made it all so very easy for me. The mechanic who went over my vehicle was thorough down to the finest detail and fixed the issue while letting me know about other service related issues. I will be back for all my car services in the future. Thank you !!

1st time service visit for my 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 was AWESOME! From the initial first phone call to set up my appointment to when I picked up my vehicle. Blake, who I dealt with was very personable and provided me with a comprehensive report of upcoming service requirements as well as issues that would soon need to be addressed. The price for A1 service was fantastic and a few extras, ie cookies, bottled water and cleaned car was thrown in for good measure. Love, Love, Love this place!

Turning Wrenches is customer service forward. When using the night drop box-a phone call to acknowledge your vehicle was received, a phone call and detailed recommendations via email of items needing attention and after servicing a follow up phone call to verify everything is working fine. I wish more businesses operated this way. Quality Work is always done in a timely manner with kindness, professionalism and sincerity. I can’t recommend them enough! So this is not a review that someone asked us to do, not based on a recent service. It’s based on our overall experience every time we call them, take our car in, or pick it up after work has been completed.

We are so happy with this company, they are professional, kind, and thorough in all their dealings. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The service is first call and we so appreciate this company.

I had a situation where my 9/11 was not starting strong and then it wouldn’t start and then it would start. Yes it was confusing. They figured it out over a couple of days and we’re very professional in their communication and I’m happy to say the car is now starting better than has in years.
One more thing I love the cookies they left in the car with a bottle of water

I found Turning Wrenches through one of their mail flyers and I'm glad I did! I took my X3 for the annual oil change which I usually do at the BMW dealer but decided to try something different this time. Today was my first time at TW and the experience was amazing! My advisor was Stephen and he was welcoming, respectful and he did a great job keeping me updated with the progres and explaining everything including all items on the work order. BMW Louisville could learn a thing or two!

Hello! I am a first time user of Turning Wrenches and am very happy with the service and attention to detail I received. Even though this was only an oil change and some fluid replacements, I am confident that they know more about my Audi Q5 than the last two places I’ve been will ever know!

Turning Wrenches has been a wonderful place to work with. I used to take my 2014 Mercedes 550 ML to the dealership but they are so much more than turning wrenches. They are honest and do great work! Do not hesitate to bring your car to them.

Turning Wrenches completed major engine work on my Audi Q5 and my vehicle is running great. They completed the work in a timely, and professional manner. I would use these Automotive Experts again in the future for my auto repairs.

Had my BMW serviced here for an oil change. Couldn’t recommend them more. They send a thorough inspection report of my vehicle with things that are in good condition with also suggested repairs..
