Dr.Horton attentively listened to my concerns.The entire office staff is extremely welcoming and personable.They have the office decorated with adorable painted pumpkins.Love the creativity.

The Smile Anchorage has been a wonderful dentist office. The service is personal and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they make you feel like you've been coming there for years even after the first visit. When I have had dental issues beyond routine visits, I received appointments immediately. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for quality care.

We just came from here, my children needed checkups. Got an appt. quickly. The nicest staff! Kayla was super nice and handled all the details via email. Dr. Horton is very nice, no guilt trips at all and everything explained so you would understand. The dental assistants Monica and Lauren were awesome with my kiddos! They even write new patients name on a white board, my kids thought they were so special. If you need a place to go, This was our first visit and I recommend them!!!

Even though I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, I’m am always extremely satisfied with the Smile Anchorage. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Sarah, does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, making them feel so fresh! Recommend 10/10.

Very comfortable experience! The office is clean and gives off a welcoming impression. At the front desk, there is even a sign welcoming new customers/patients! The staff and Dr. Ranney were all incredibly nice and seemed like they go out of their way to make everyone feel at home - especially since dental visits can often be the least enjoyable trips.

The Smile Anchorage makes an honest effort to make you rethink your hesitancies about the traditional dentist office. I'll certainly be stick with them!

The Dentist is great and the staff is friendly!
They managed to squeeze my father in for a cleaning just in time before he started radiation. The Dr was very thorough and everyone was so kind to him. I was so impressed that I decided to make them my own primary denist. Just had my first visit today and they did not disappoint. :)

My daughter had an issue that was causing a sore in her mouth due to a dental spacer that had been put in by another dentist. We were visiting the area, and the Smile Anchorage was able to see her on short notice. The new dentist there is very nice and he took the time afterward to speak with us about the issue. We think Dr. Paul and The Smile Anchorage staff are the greatest! We would recommend them highly.

This was my first visit and I had a great experience. When I called to set up the appointment the receptionist was so sweet and genuinely nice on the phone. When I came in she was even nicer in person. The office was clean and comfortable. The Drs assistant was friendly and made me feel good. Although I have a few cavities I felt very well taken care of by the Dr himself. He explained everything that was going on in depth. I am excited to go back!

Best dentist I've ever had. I usually don't like dentists but this office is full of really sweet and understanding people. Very flexible. Will work with you. Offers referral programs. Nice office. Love them! Highly recommend.

I love that it's all women. Makes me feel more comfortable. The women who replaced my filling did an excellent job. she told me the things that she was doing as she was doing them, and she shaped my tooth and smoothed it down very well. The dentist is very sweet and made me feel comfortable.

I have had minor and major work done to my teeth by Dr Ranney. The staff is great. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. Dr Ranney, Rebecca, Alectra and Trina are very knowledgeable and help in explaining all that will take place during and after your visit. The dentist office is not anyone's favorite place to visit but it sure helps you feel at home wben you walk thru the doors at Smile Anchorage. I would highly recommend Dr Ranney and his staff,

I have been going here for a couple years now after switching from a couple previous dentists, and definitely won't go anywhere else. I know the staff personally and they will take great care of you. Plus they have a very effective whitening process...Highly recommended!!!

The staff at The Smile Anchorage is very frirendly. They were very thorough with my fiancé and I being as we haven't had cleanings in a while. They also got us in quick for following appointments.
