AT&T Store

I was eligible for an upgrade, so called and stopped into this store to get information. Gabe was exceedingly knowledgeable and efficient in both initial contacts and even more so in person when I then came in to purchase my new phone. He answered my questions thoroughly and was extremely helpful and pleasant. My appointment was fairly lengthy, but he was able to keep it moving forward while helping other customers that came into the store. Hopefully management will compensate Gabe for excellent work; my family will now all choose him for any purchases/upgrades and I will also share my positive experience with friends and clients.

Had a weird issue with my new Samsung Ultra and was able to get it straightened out because of John. He was the only person in the store on Black Friday and through his incredible multitasking skill (there were many customers arriving one after the other) was able to get me back up and running. Kudos to John, he is definitely cool under fire and deserves an immediate promotion and pay raise in my humble opinion. Great job all around.

I want to give a shout out to John Wright for his awesome customer service on 12/1/22. I came in to transfer my number and activate an Apple iPhone. There were issues but John was so efficient and helpful. Other customers came in and he handled my issues and theirs in such a calm, efficient, professional manner. It was a joy to watch him do his job so beautifully. Thank you, John!

Aaron has been such a great customer service provider, that I followed him to Forest Springs when he transferred to this location. The store is great, but Aaron is what makes the experience exceptional. He has outstanding knowledge of the technology and the programs. Also, Aaron is savvy enough to think intelligently and outside the box. Makes it all so much simpler--make sure you ask for Aaron when you go in!

Excellent customer service! Mr. Will Steele, store manager, was an excellent help and very informative when explaining my plan and possible additions. He also, educated me on promotion and service's to help me personally and for my business. Recommend this AT&T store to everyone!!!

Aaron is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and took care of my cell phone needs in a timely manner. A true customer service individual. Even helped me return my iPhone insurance claim. He was a HUGE help! He is an asset to your company! Truly a great experience.

We've been AT&T customers for years. Went into the store today to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday. Though we walked out with much more than we went in for...😉 Tyler and Jay were absolutely awesome! Both very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone.

Ashley Holland has given us superior service. We had some complicated issues and she answered and solved each and everyone of them to our greatest satisfaction. John the store manager is extremely professional, helpful, and polite. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I worked with Tyler today in purchasing 4 new Samsung galaxy s8 as well as the gear s 2 watch. He helped so much In the transition process and was so patient trying to set everything up for me and my family!! I would highly recommend coming to see him if you need for any news products or phone products or phone. He was great!

These guys are absolutely fabulous! Every time I come to the store, they bend over backwards to help us! They are never hurried, they are kind and patient, and very professional! I won't go anywhere else for my AT&T services. Tyler and Jay rock!

I walked in with a dead phone and in a panic. Aaron was so knowledge and helpful. He suggested trying a battery first. It worked! He took the time to download my pictures and info to a new SD card. He made my day!!! Thanks Aaron !!!!
