Our company has been with Vanguard for a number of years. They continually offer great cleaning services. They are very proactive and should we experience something out of the ordinary they are there for us. We have used them for carpet cleaning, deep sanitizing during COVID or an area that needs an extra cleaning, they take care of it promptly. They are great about checking in just to ask about the cleaning crew and if we are happy with the service. We once had a minor issue and it was resolved quickly. They periodically stop by to see how things are going and to be sure we are completely satisfied with their services. They are great to work with and we appreciate a company that has a sincere concern for their customers. Thank you to Craig and Jasmary for your great service!

Vanguard cleaning service is great. They come in and get the job done as scheduled. They make sure that it is to the expectations that we have mutually set and they always do it with such a great and positive attitude. If we need something special done we are always able to call and make arrangements for it to be taken care of in a weeks’ time. USPC has been with Vanguard since 2015. Deidra White and her crew have been with us almost as long. Deidra is very attentive to our office space and is very responsive if we need something extra. We were very pleased with her flexibility during our shutdown and she and her crew were ready to help us bring our staff back to the office. We had no worries about the cleanliness. Vanguard has been our vendor at Asian Institute - Crane House (AICH) since I have taken on leadership here about 4 years ago. Dominic has taken on the reigns of AICH for about 2 1/2 years. Our service from Vanguard Cleaning has been fine, but since Dominic has taken over, our service has been excellent. Our guests have noticed as well by saying things like, "Your building has never looked better." I have to agree. Dominic is reliable and dependable. If there are any last minute requests or changes, he is only a text message away. We are so happy with our service, and with Dominic. I challenge anyone not to smile after walking into a room that Dominic has serviced.
