The Marble Method

I absolutely love every thing about The Marbel Method and the trainers!! They are all SO amazing!! It's a group setting but also similair having your own personal trainers. I've made new friends and I finally found a place I enjoy and look forward to working out. I never want to miss a class!!! I've been training with them for 4 weeks and I can see I am stronger! They also have FREE childcare which is wonderful!!

I highly recommend Marble Method. I have had an ongoing YMCA membership for years but never went because I did not feel like I knew what to do to get my body fit. Nobody at the Y ever reached out to encourage my participation or hold me accountable. I just turned 40 and I decided that I want to be more fit. The Marble Method is helping me get there with support and encouragement. I have several injuries (knee, shoulder, wrist) as well as diastasis recti that I have to be careful not to worsen and the trainers are all about injury prevention and stress good form which helps me feel safe and confident. They also emphasize core strength, which also helps with injury prevention. The trainers make novices like me feel comfortable and they teach and correct form as often as is needed. There are all levels of fitness in the community and all the other members have all been super encouraging. Something must have clicked because I went 4 times my first week and I am actually looking forward to going to workout. I want to reach my own fitness goals and I feel like I found the right gym and the right trainers to get me there.

This is a unique gym where people care about each other and support one another. Ashley and her trainers are great. I am 5 weeks in and getting results. Thank you Marble Tribe!

Ashley and staff have gone above and beyond to keep this tribe connected during this pandemic. They keep us pushing through and showing up daily. I love how it is about the whole person: body, mind and spirit. This has helped me stay in check with mental health balance!
