Blew a tire on my RV. After waiting more than 10 hours for AAA to arrange a tow, I called Johnson's and they were there within an hour. Picked the RV up at a rest area 35 miles east of Flagstaff, towed it to my RV Park, helped me set it up, pleasant, efficient, expensive, but got me out of a major bind. Thanks guys!

The dispatcher was polite and helpful and helped me generate and send a pin in my maps app so they could locate me near a forest service road. Then the responder Sean was very capable and friendly and quickly got me winched out of a mud pit, and made sure I was safely back on the road. Very satisfied!

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Johnson‘s Heavy Towing. The gentleman who helped get my RV out of the mud was knowledgeable, skilled, and thoughtful of my vehicle. He made a rough experience so much smoother!

Awesome tow service. Was stuck in sand right on the side of the road. Scott was professional and helpful I doubt I would have been able to get out the situation I was in as quickly with a different tow service. He arrived before the estimated time I received from my company and explained the entire process while ensuring our safety since we were in dangerous location. Highly recommend and will definitely contact if I need help in the future.

At 5:00 pm on a Friday We were stranded in our pickup pulling our 40’ camper on I17 near Camp Verde thanks to the highway patrol making connections to Johnson Heavy towing, we were safely towed to a rv resort where he had a fellow mechanic waiting to help us assess the pickup and help us park the Rv. They were so professional and worked quickly to get us to safety. We are from Iowa and had no connections with no idea who to call. Thank you Johnson’s Heavy Towing!

Best towing company I’ve experienced! We have a fleet or weird and awkward vehicles so when our tow truck couldn’t complete the job, they did. Ken drove to Sedona in a timely manner and got us squared away quickly, efficiently, and safely. Johnson’s will be my only call from here on out. Thank you all for doing things right! In this day and age it’s hard to find honest, real, and quality companies. Being treated right is everything, and now we are customers for life.

I was stranded in Kingman, AZ when my rental truck broke down. Johnson’s was contracted to bring another truck. Christian brought the new truck, but had a check engine light on. He checked the fluids, filled them and even advised which route to take and how to drive the truck as to not push the engine. We took his advice and made it to our destination. He went above and beyond to help us and gave us a sense that we would be ok. You don’t often meet people like that when you are stranded-and we are grateful. Thank you!!

If one ever needs a Tow, don't hesitate to phone Johnson's Heavy Towing Inc in Flagstaff AZ. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with... they are amazing in customer care! They were not only willing to send a tow truck to haul a 36' Class A Motorhome 150 miles , next morning they sent a young man to our Site in Flagstaff RV Park and ran a diagnostic computer on our engine and it showed Cylinder 9 misfired. The engine light on dash did not show any fault. This is an outstanding company that shows tremendous integrity, very professional, honest, caring, absolutely the best!

What a class act guy that I assume runs and owns this company. I rec'd a text message in Phoenix today that he found a phone in Flagstaff that had my number on the back of it. It turns out it belonged to a friend of mine in Flag and he did the "right thing" by doing everything in his power to get it back to the rightful owner. The world needs more people like this. Thanks
