CVS

I come here quite frequently! CVS is a fav chain for me, in general. Their app is GREAT! I’m not typically into store-specific apps, but the CVS app gives you the ability to find major discounts on normal everyday things you probably need (deodorant, cleaning supplies, soda, makeup, etc). You can scan whatever it is you’re browsing for, and it’ll pop up a coupon that’s relevant for it. I’m such a nerd about discounts, so this is my jam. Also, here at this location: employees are particularly sweet, I’ve noticed. On slower days, I get into random chats with them lolol. The pharmacy, I’d love to also give a shout-out: all the assistants & the pharmacist herself do actually care about you; willing to talk thoroughly about whatever your concern or the “why” this & that, about insurance. Etc. They’ve never just—not—had an answer for me. And the dial in option for refilling meds via the robot voice, it honestly pretty easy & simple.

We have been traveling the USA and needed our prescriptions refilled. We went to the pharmacy with our empty containers and Anna made it so easy. We got our prescriptions refilled in ten minutes. Anna was very cheerful, helpful and she is an asset to the store.

I love this CVS. They can be disorganized at times, but they are also pretty busy. Folks who work there are nice and they have a different selection of products (brands, colors, styles) than other stores in town, so I can often find some great deals on drug store beauty, weird candies, and some times some household items. My Mom is a huge fan of their pharmacy and though she does not shop there often enough to be a regular, they still remember and recognize her.

Bruce is the pharmacist at my local CVS he is a wonderful person who always remembers to be helpful and kind, considerate and polite, efficient and accurate. I appreciate him so very much, he is the only reason I go to CVS. I wish more people could experience the general idea of service he has always provided to my entire family. Thank you Bruce!

Can always count on any CVS to have the things on you need. This one was no different. Courteous staff too.

Y'all I was having a really bad day lemme tell you, everything that could've gone wrong with my prescription did and these folks spent over an hour doing everything in their power to get me my meds and made sure I left with what I needed. A++ customer service 10/10, would recommend. They saved me and my day!

Nice, on spot guy signed me up for card,he was nice and friendly,good price for captain Morgan...size I'm from out of state and barely drink so far ppl have been nice here thank you Flagstaff!! ❤

Staff is nice, but this place is BUSY. Not their fault for the long lines, seems like a staffing issue, or that they’re the only CVS in this part of town. Good customer service, they helped me through insurance headaches and eventually got my prescription filled.
