Roderick is my go-to in the store, always gets me the best deals possible. I was really blown away on the deal that I got upgrading from my Google Pixel 6 to a Google Pixel 8 Pro. He's got great customer service and has the down-to-earth approach and has my best interests first to make sure I'm getting exactly what I'm looking for and has my trust. Thanks Rod for hooking it up once again!

I cannot recommend this store more. I know very little about technology and needed help with my phone. I worked with Dylan, and Luke they were the most helpful, informative and patient people I've ever worked with. Thank you both so much! The help and patience is so appreciated.

I had been having issues with my daughter's gizmo watch I had made a few phone calls to Verizons customer service while at home and after getting no where with any rep, getting hung up on and told there was nothing they could do I decided to bite the bullet and visit a store in person. ARIEL was so wonderful. Even though our issue wasn't solved right away and we were there for 2 hours, she advocated for us when explaining our problem and assured us it would be taken care of after she persisted for a ticket to be made with tech support. She was such a big help. Not only that she was helping other customers as well. There should be more customer service people like her.

I explained the issue with the microphone on my phone and Luke S. saved me $99 by recommending that I use my phone's warranty instead of the insurance. I'm glad I called them first right before I was about to finish my claim, as I forgot about the warranty. Great customer service for being knowledgeable and saving customer's money wherever they can. Every dollar counts.

I worked exclusively with Dylan. He was amazing. I came by 45 minutes prior to close and he kept the store open for me 1 hour past close to make sure my needs were met. He helped me port 4 lines over from Xfinity and even took it upon himself to call the following day to follow up to assure everything was working properly. Hands down some of the best customer service I've received in a looooooooooooong time!

I called into customer service for an issue, customer service couldn't help and told me to visit a store. I came into this store for assistance and was helped by Dylan. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He fixed my issue almost immediately. I would recommend this store over any of the others I've been to. Come see Dylan for anything!

The company's representative which was spectacular his name is Nathan Chadwick, did a spectacular job of placing three packages in front of me and explaining each one of them, and obviously I picked the ultra package which included a tablet. And a sweet deal on that, on top of that we added another phone line and this service representative took care of everything.

Dylan is a pro and walked us through it all, explaining everything and saved us money with no pressure. Quick old to new transfer, then got all our accessories and devices connected.

Great help and service. Nathan Chadwick went above and beyond to help us through the process switching to Verizon. Could not be happier with the help we received.

Airael has been Amazing!!!! I upgraded my phone. It was really messed up. I have never been able to get apps etc for years! I had so many Apple I.D.s going. She is So patient and the only one that has ever been able to figure it out! I am soooo happy! Plus she’s friendly too! AND got a great deal on a2 new phones!!

I got me a brand new phone and he was so helpful and informative with walking me through the new features, transfering my information over, and ensuring I was getting the best data and phone package. I will only trust going to this particular Verizon as he never pressured me into anything I did not want. He even helped me save money with my bill. Phenomenal Service

I wanna start off by saying thank you to the team at Verizon, the day i went to go pick up my new iPhone 15 pro max didn’t go as planned. Took awhile and issues came about, and didn’t receive my phone immediately. But with professional teamwork and communication the next day, the Manager of the store, and Cory came in clutch and resolved the issues at hand and got my trade in resolved and got me my new phone. Tremendous work, will be looking forward working with the Manager and Cory again in the near future.
