Excellent Service and Food! Unlike any other Taco Bell experience, ever! The utmost curtious organized service from a drive thru ever. My original review! My last visit was totally different! The Saddest tacos I have ever seen. I also ordered a Crunchwrap supreme for my sister, which had fuzzy mold inside. So disappointed 😞

Sometimes you don't get what you want. Today I got two of the best tacos ever. I'll add a photo and you can see for yourself how excellent these two tacos are. Sorry the photos don't really show just how tasty the tacos were.

Was put together right nice fresh tomatoes and lettuce meat with season just right

This Taco Bell is a little slow, but my food is always fresh and my order is always accurate. The staff is always super friendly too. I can’t say enough nice things about the way they treat their customers. More than makes up for the delay.

Ordered a box wanted half taco half burrito. She gave us the biggest party box there is 12 taco for 2 people. No burritos. Was very rude.
Employees arguing in back loud enough dining room could hear!!! Not a happy trip. Will not return to this store!!!

This place is consistently good. It's usually prepared in a decent time, but be warned that their drive thru is a bit eccentric. It has 2 90 degree turns, and the wait is not so fabulous. I'd park in the parking lot, walk in and leave for faster service. I'm giving this 5 stars because the people are nice and the food is good. The restaurant is very clean and newly renovated.

As we all know, even tho taco bell, or any fast food chain in general, is supposed to have uniform standards, yet you can love one and hate another. We all have our favorites right? Well I stopped here for the first time in my travels today, as a enjoy taco bell in general, but this one set a new bar. I am not sure what they do differently exactly, but it was melt in your mouth good. $5 toasted chalupa box. I even enjoyed the cinnamon twists, which I rarely eat. I give them to my dog. He got only one this time.

Excellent freshly made hot food. Any budget can afford something here. Consistently good nationwide. The staff here was very friendly and conscient and got everything correct on both our orders. Also very sweet to my service dog. I'll be back whenever in town twice a year from Colorado.

My fiance is vegetarian, and lactose intolerant, so finding fast food is sometimes a nightmare for us. Taco Bell is our go to for this reason, with highly editable menu options. Unfortunately, at a lot of Taco Bells, this means repeating our order several times over while the cashier desperately tries to learn where all the buttons we need are.

But man, last night was awesome! Not only was she super understanding of our order, she even asked if we needed the same substitutions on all our food, got the correct order the first time, and was just super sweet and timely, even with our complicated order. BIG THANKS!! It really made our night :D

I was really not wanting to eat here because I love taco Bell and everywhere else in Franklin that serves food is just nasty these days because noone cares about how they serve others these days. However I'm very happy we tried the taco bell in Franklin. Idk who was working the drivethrough on May 3rd at 10:30 but he had a nose piercing. He was very polite professional and just a stand up guy that cares what he serves other's. He took our order and fixed our food. It was so delicious and please give this boy a raise because you need to keep good ppl like that in your industry. Thank you so much to that boy. :)

Good Taco Bell location with good staff
-always have what I want from the menu
-things are made correctly
-speed is pretty fast getting through the drive through
-convenient location and good parking lot
-the potatoes are always made very well
-nice looking location

Thank you, Franklin Taco Bell, for bringing back breakfast. 🙌❤ Bacon crunchwrap is the most delicious breakfast item around, and those Cinnabon Delights are, too. I just wish you'd get a larger coffee, and maybe a faster coffee maker.

They have gotten so much better in the last few months. Now they are always fast, friendly and happy to serve. I always gobetween 9am and 4pm, can't speak to how night service is.

We all love taco bell. This taco bell was exceptionally good. The food was hot. The employees were friendly and it was clean. Good job guys!
